A large room filled with greyfaced overpaid experts in duplicity, doublestandards, and bullshit.
Their main occupation seems to be looking the other way while megalomaniacs carry on regardless, and murderous thugs butcher their neighbours. Oh, they are quite good at hand wringing as well.
When the going gets tough, they let the US sort it out and then they can argue about human rights for next five years.
