The Koran Versus Mein Kampf

A recent comment thread here at PI compared Herr Hitler's Manifesto from over 80 years ago, "Mein Kampf", to that "holy of holies" to Muslims, the Koran. Commenters have noted the remarkable similarities between the two, and indeed, the resemblances are more than skin deep and are worth examining in more detail. A closer look at the facts reveals that Islam (not 'Islamism') and Nazism are two kindred ideologies with many, many commonalities.

Let's start with titles. The very title of Herr Hitler's tome means "My Struggle" in English. One could even entitle this book "My Jihad" and this Islamic term would have the same precise meaning. "Kampf" in a Nazi ideological context and "Jihad" in the Islamic one are almost identical. That in itself goes a long way to explaining why 'Mein Kampf' is still such a best seller in current times all over the Islamic World, including in supposedly 'moderate' Islamic states like Turkey.

But the similiarities between the Koran and Mein Kampf don't just stop there. Far from it. Fellow blogger and ally Freedom Fighter over at his/her blog Joshua Pundit has come up with an exceptional, enlightning list of how alike Islam and Nazism really are:
Mein Kampf- States that Germans are the superior race of mankind and that Germany is destined to rule the world , and dominate all other races and nations.

The Q'uran-States that Islam and Muslims are the superiors of mankind and that Islam is divinely mandated to rule the world and dominate all other races, creeds and nations.

...

Mein Kampf-Says that the German State is to have control over every aspect of life. Says all individuals must submit to the State.

The Q'uran-Says that Islam and Sharia is to have control over every aspect of life. Says all individuals must submit to Islam.

...

Mein Kampf-Says that Germans have the duty to claim their divinely appointed place in the world by whatever means necessary. Puts loyalty to the Volk (the race) above all other ethical considerations.

The Q'uran-Says that Muslims have a duty to wage Jihad and to advance Islam's domination over the world (Dar Islam and Dar Harb) by any means necessary. Places loyalty to fellow Muslims (Umma) and Islam above all other ethical considerations.

...

Mein Kampf-Mandates that men are superior to women and that women's place should be limited to procreation, the kitchen and the home.

The Q'uran-Mandates that men are superior to women and that women's place should be limited to procreation, the kitchen and the home. (Admittedly, the Q'uran goes quite a bit farther than Mein Kampf on this topic)

...

Mein Kampf-Says that homosexuals are 'race traitors' and should be condemned to death. (Many, in fact were murdered in the concentration camps).

The Q'uran-Says homosexuals are unholy to Allah and should be condemned to death

...

Mein Kampf-Sets out a detailed model for world conquest, including rules for how conquered peoples are to be suppressed and dominated by the German race. States that the wealth, resources and property of subject peoples belongs to Germans by right and the right to life for subject peoples is dependent on Germans. States that non-Germans have no legal or civil rights.

The Q'uran-Sets out a detailed model for world conquest, including rules for how conquered peoples are to be suppressed and dominated by Muslims. States that the wealth, resources and property of subject peoples belongs to Muslims by right and the right to life for subject peoples is dependent on Muslims. States that non-Muslims have no legal or civil rights. (in truth, a lot of this has its basis in the Hadith and the Sunna, but both derive essentially from what's in the Q'uran, along with all the other aspects of Sharia).

...

Mein Kampf-Divides the world into 'German land' and enemy territory. States that land with Germans living in it or land that once had Germans ruling it rightfully belongs to Germany, and Germany is entitled to get it back by any means necessary.

The Q'uran-Divides the world into 'Dar al Islam' (Muslim ruled land) and enemy territory (Dar al Harb). States that land with Muslims living in it or land that once had Muslims ruling it rightfully belongs to Dar al Islam, and Muslims are entitled to get it back by any means necessary.

...

Mein Kampf-Blames the Jews for society's ills and says that they will be exterminated.

The Q'uran-Blames the Jews for society's ills and says that they will be exterminated. ("On the day of Judgement the rocks and trees will call out 'O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me! Come and slay him!")

Islam and Nazism. Mohammed and Hitler. As plain as day, they are cut from the same cloth.

France, Save Thyself.

There is so much to alarm anyone in this story. If you read between the lines, you get the feeling that the remaining Frenchmen in the suburbs of Paris are prisoners, terrified. Have the Muslims reached critical mass in France? We'll see.

Police Injured As Violence Flares In Suburbs Of Paris (Again)

Police injured as violence flares in suburbs of Paris

By Colin Randall in Paris
(Filed: 31/05/2006)

At least 100 youths, many brandishing baseball bats, clashed with police in a new outbreak of violence in the same Parisian suburbs in which nationwide rioting started last autumn.

The disturbances, which were described as "violent and intense" and left several policemen injured, extended from late on Monday night into the early hours yesterday.

Police fired tear gas and rubber bullets after coming under attack, while Xavier Lemoine, the centre-Right mayor of Montfermeil, one of two affected suburbs, was left fearing for the lives of his wife and seven children after a stone-throwing mob gathered outside his home.

The disorder was a worrying reminder of last year's violence. France is anxious to avoid a long, hot and troubled summer on run-down estates populated by families of African and Arab origin who feel alienated from society.

Mr Lemoine became a hate figure when he introduced a tough new anti-delinquency law banning people aged 15 to 18 from congregating in groups of more than three in the centre of the town.

The ban was suspended after a legal challenge, but the mayor caused further anger by providing a witness statement that enabled police to arrest a young man accused of assaulting a bus driver.

After the incidents at the mayor's residence, youths attacked the Montfermeil town hall, shattering its glass facade with missiles.

Petrol bombs were thrown, although they failed to ignite, and four cars and a large number of rubbish bins were set on fire.

Riot police later confronted gangs of masked youths on a nearby estate and made three arrests.

Trouble also broke out in the neighbouring suburb of Clichy-sous-Bois, where the deaths of two boys, electrocuted in a power substation last October while apparently being chased by police, provoked three weeks of unrest from the north of France to the Riviera.

First reports suggested that Monday's trouble flared after the arrest of the suspect implicated by the mayor in the bus driver's assault. A later theory linked it to the arrest of a woman who became agitated when her home was raided following the detention of her son for burglary.

Mr Lemoine, who was placed under police protection a month ago after an earlier missile-throwing attack on his home, said yesterday: "The violence showed that the lives of my family and my seven children are in danger."

But a police union accused the mayor of exposing officers to risk of injury as a consequence of his "untimely" political decisions and the leader of France's opposition socialist party, François Hollande, claimed the mayor had created an "instrument for violence" by stigmatising young people.

Dominique Perben, the transport minister, said the overnight events were "a reminder" of last year's riots and argued that the problems of the suburbs were an issue for "the entire political class" the day my station disappeared

A Disgrace

Hamas terrorist and murderer Mahmoud Zahar shakes the hand of Terrorist Apologist Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi in this recent meeting.

The PM must be there to hand over the the US $16 million that Malaysia's promised to give the Palestinian Arabs for rockets, bombs and bullets--oops, I mean 'humanitarian aid.'

What. A. Disgrace.

A warning to Osama bin Laden: Heed the lesson of history!

Wann Arbeit nicht so frei macht!

Europe has been established on Judeo-Christian principles. Islam has played almost no part in it. This is an undeniable fact. Further, today, Islam is the antithesis of all Europe stands for: Europe is synonymous with liberal democracy; Islam, by contrast, is synonymous with backwardness and totalitarianism.

In the Twenties and Thirties in Germany, the Jews became the scapegoats of the Germans. Hitler rose to power in the Thirties and demonized them. He managed to convince his fellow Germans that they, the Jews, were the root of all evil in Germany. When in power, he set about his plan to exterminate them. The so-called ‘Final Solution’, die Endlösung, was put in place.

Concentration camps (Konzentrationslager) were set up in Germany, and in occupied countries such as Poland. Such concentration camps as Chelmno (Kulmhof), Auschwitz-Birkenau, Belzek, Sobibor, Treblinka, Majdanek, Stutthof and Dachau were set up with one sole purpose: to exterminate the Jews.

This was racism in the raw!

Many today find it unbelievable that the Holocaust happened. Many Muslims, in particular, deny that these atrocities happened at all! But they did! That they did is well documented. This is historical fact. No sane person need spare a moment to deny any of it. If you are in any doubt, ask one of the survivors of those death camps! His testimony will be heart-rending indeed! It will show the depths to which man can sink.

This all happened in Europe little more than sixty years ago. Do you think this could not happen again? You would be mistaken if you do! History has a nasty habit of repeating itself. Human nature doesn’t change, as much as we would like to believe that it does. Circumstances change; human nature does not.

If it were to happen again, would the Jews be the ones to be persecuted? Probably not!

In those days, Jews were perceived as the bogeymen of Europe. These days, if any group of people is perceived as the bogeymen, if any group is perceived to threaten Europeans and their way of life, it is Muslims, not Jews. At the moment, there are far too few Jews in Europe to worry about their existence there. Muslims, on the other hand, live in Europe in millions; further, their numbers are growing apace. Today, these are the people Europeans worry about, not Jews.

Islam calls its adherents to live a very different way of life – a way of life quite alien to the way of life of Europeans. Many Europeans therefore feel quite naturally threatened by their growing existence in their midst, especially so because their politicians are too timid to stem Islam’s growth on European soil.

There is no doubt that Osama bin Laden has pushed the cause of Islam in the West. In fact, he has been hell-bent on making Europeans cower to the wishes of Muslims worldwide. European politicians, so far, have shown little will to resist his calls. Indeed, many would say that European politicians have been spineless and have shown little resolve to tackle the very urgent issues that face Europe today vis-à-vis Islam.

This spinelessness is very troubling. This lack of resolve is very troubling, too. Our politicians are appeasing Muslims. They are showing their weakness in the face of Muslims’ apparent strength. This weakness will not lead to any good place! When governments are perceived to be weak, politics is headed for a turn to extremism. We saw this recently in the United Kingdom, when the far right made substantial gains at the polls because of the perceived weakness of the Blair government.

With the present political climate, one might be forgiven for concluding that Europeans are weak, and are therefore ripe for take-over. This would be a wrong conclusion to make, even though it appears that way. What has happened in Europe once, can happen again. Might it, perhaps, merely be a matter of time?

No sane person, no kind person, no sensible person would wish to see a repeat of the Holocaust in Europe. Those were extremely sad times indeed; they should never be repeated. But, to avoid them, we need to learn the lessons of history. Learn why they happened in the first place. Learn why they happened at all. Osama bin Laden and his cronies need to learn these lessons, too.

The root of harmony is tolerance. Today it is believed – erroneously in my opinion - that tolerance can be legislated for. It cannot be. When a people perceives that its way of life is under threat, these people become capable of any act of evil. Our politicians would be wise to realize that people have not become more tolerant, have not become more understanding, and nor have they grown weaker. Deep down, people are the same today as they have always been. They can be pushed so far; but they will be pushed no further!

As abhorrent as the names Treblinka, Dachau and Auschwitz-Birkenau sound to the modern ear, the atrocities committed in those camps could happen again. Make no mistake about it! Circumstances might have changed; but man has not changed his nature. Nor has he lost his appetite for evil deeds!

If something isn’t done about the Muslim problem in Europe in the near future, the names Treblinka, Auschwitz-Birkenau, and Dachau will not be far from the minds of many Europeans. What happened once can happen again. Osama bin Laden would be wise to take heed!

Ali Sina's New Book - Understanding Islam and the Muslim Mind

Ali Sina has posted the Introduction and Synopsis for his new book Understanding Islam and the Muslim Mind. I hope everyone sends an email to Ali adding themselves to his list of purchasers when the book is available.

Islam is the reason no true and long lasting democracy can be established in any Islamic country and it is also the reason why these countries are generally poor, underdeveloped and backward.

The truth is that democracy cannot be imposed from above. To build democracy, you need a foundation. The foundation of democracy is freedom. Freedom comes first.

In Islamic countries, people don’t have an understanding of freedom. They confuse freedom with anarchy. They are actually afraid of it. Freedom means freedom of thought, freedom of expression and freedom of action, as long as your freedom does not limit the freedom of others. But this freedom is frightening to Muslims.

It’s not their own freedom that is frightening to them. Muslims take full advantage of their freedom in the democratic countries, to promote their faith. In fact they want more and demand freedoms that are not available to others. What is frightening to them is the fact that in democracies their opponents will also be free. To Muslims this is a frightening scenario. This would allow the critics of Islam to express their disagreement with their religion freely and promote their own thesis that may be more attractive. This is intolerable to Muslim sensitivity.

Islamophobia vs Hesperophobia

Everyone knows about "Islamophobia", or at least has heard of the term. My take on Islamophobia is simple—it ain’t a phobia if the fear is rational or justified. And Islam is something to be feared and resisted by any means necessary, Hence, “Islamophobia” is a term of pure taqiyya, bollocks and Islamic Correctness.

If we’re going to talk about ‘phobias’ and toss the term around willy-nilly, let me introduce you to a term you may not have heard before—Hesperophobia. Hesperophobia is fear or hatred of the West. You’ll find copious and prolific examples of Hesperophobia in the MSM, particularly in the European Wing, and it can be found at hysterical levels in the Islamic Realm on an ongoing basis.

The word Hesperophobia was coined by political scientist Robert Conquest. Its roots are the Greek words hesperos, which means “the west” and phobos, which means “fear,” but which when used as an English suffix can also carry the meaning “hate”.

The Islamic Swastika

The PI team would like to make another contribution to the Counter Jihad Movement by posting our very own "Islamic Swastika." Today being the Islamic holy day of the week, displaying the Islamic Swastika here (and as many other places as possible) seems particularly appropriate.

Feel free to copy/rip off this graphic for your own counter-jihad website or for whatever purpose you think is best.

Death to Jihad! Long live the Infidels and Freedom!

Why Be A Republican If You Want To Be A Democrat?

They must leave the Republican Party, heads bowed, and make sure their asses don't hit the screendoor on the way out. Yes, I am talking about ALL the Republican Senators who voted for this insane Senate creation, the Senate Immigration Bill. The leaders of these closet Democrats and anarchists came out in full drag during the amendment debate. McCain, Graham, Spectre are despicable. Why be a Republican? If you hate the party, leave. If you think the MAJORITY opinion of the peons that ARE the Republican Party is ALL WRONG, and the Democrats have all the RIGHT IDEAS, leave. Why be an albatross around our necks? Become a Democrat for that is how you think, that is how you vote. I thought I voted Republican, but Bush is a democrat, and 1/3rd of the Republican Senators are actually Democrats. Talk about your wolves in sheep's clothing! You think the Muslims are clever taqiyyamasters, how about those Democrats in Republican drag?

The Prolific Shall Inherit the Earth

Everyone's heard of the hoary Bible adage, "the meek shall inherit the earth."

Actually, it's the ones that make babies, lots and lots of babies, that shall inherit the earth.

As Europe continues to undergo its population implosion in slow motion, the
prolific Muslims are filling the vacuum. One column that details this historically significant trend, authored by one Robert Weigel at commentarymagazine.com, is one worth reading.

History abhors vacuums, and the demographic vacuum created by Europe’s self-destructive fertility rates has, for several generations now, been filled by a large-scale immigration from throughout the Islamic world. For anyone who has taken the trouble to look, the most obvious effects of that immigration have been on display in continental Europe’s increasingly segregated urban landscape, in which an impoverished Muslim suburban periphery typically surrounds an affluent European urban core.

Far more has changed than the physical appearance of European metropolitan areas, though. There are dozens of "ungovernable" areas in France: Muslim-dominated suburbs, mainly, where the writ of French law does not run and into which the French police do not go. Similar extraterritorial enclaves, in which shari’a law is enforced by local Muslim clerics, can be found in other European countries. Moreover, as Bruce Bawer details in a new book, While Europe Slept, European authorities pay little or no attention to practices among their Muslim populations that range from the physically cruel (female circumcision) through the morally cruel (arranged and forced marriages) to the socially disruptive (remanding Muslim children back to radical madrassas in
the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan for their primary and secondary education) and the illegal (“honor” killings in cases of adultery and rape—the
rape victim being the one killed).

...

Thanks, moreover, to the liberality of European criminal law, seditious Muslim criminals are often treated
in ways that seem reminiscent of the Red Queen’s world of “impossible things before breakfast.” Thus, Muhammad Bouyeri, the Dutch-Indonesian who murdered the filmmaker Theo van Gogh in 2004 in the middle of an Amsterdam street and then affixed a personal fatwa to his victim’s chest with a kitchen knife, retains the right to
vote—and could, if he wished, run for the Dutch parliament. Meanwhile, at least two Dutch parliamentarians critical of Islamist extremism have been forced by Islamist threats to live in prisons or army compounds under police or military guard.

Sixty years after the end of World War II, the European instinct for appeasement is alive and well. French public swimming pools have been segregated
by sex because of Muslim protests. “Piglet” mugs have disappeared from certain British retailers after Muslim complaints that the A.A. Milne character was offensive to Islamic sensibilities. So have Burger King chocolate ice-cream swirls, which reminded some Muslims of Arabic script from the Qur’an. Bawer reports that
the British Red Cross banished Christmas trees and nativity scenes from its charity stores for fear of offending Muslims. For similar reasons, the Dutch police in the wake of the van Gogh murder destroyed a piece of Amsterdam street art that proclaimed “Thou shalt not kill”; schoolchildren were forbidden to display Dutch flags on their backpacks because immigrants might think them “provocative.”

Hence, while Europe devalues and murders its own culture, heritage and religion, the opportunistic infection of Islam moves in. It's a grim situation, and not likely to improve, either. Indeed, it's only a continuation of long-running European trends of death-spiral demographics, self-guilt and hatred, and fascist-flavored Political (Islamic) Correctness.

Disturbing Article About Losing to Islam

Hello everyone. Sorry for not being around much the past month. Moved to new digs and consumed an enormous amount of time. I'll be posting more as it winds down now.

Eleanor at SixthColumn posted an interview with Abigail R. Esman with some excellent comments. We all hope for Europe, we want Europe to wake up and smell the coffee. But ennui is the nirvana for the masses. The article is posted at Front Page, "Losing to Islam." What bothers me is all this striving by Ms. Esman to describe "Islamism" as some form of extreme Islam, foreign, not the mainstream. See, I don't buy this, not one bit. The only difference is in the emphasis on the sword. The goals are the same, some use the tonque, the media, $$$, only the tools are different. It's all the same. It's tiring and depressing to watch our politicians to stumble over each other to apologize for Islam, to cover up, to deny the reality. Bush himself today went on and on about his 'light unto the Muslims' propaganda. It seems to have no meaning to me, hollow, just some insipid script by some insipid writer. No Koran around there, and even if there was, would anyone bother to study it?

20 May--US Armed Forces Day

PI would like to commemorate today, 20 May, which is Armed Forces Day in the United States. We want to salute the men and women of the US Military, the only organization that truly stands between the American People and the terrorists, jihadists, and other enemies who wish to do them harm. Personally, I have little faith in Homeland Security, which seems more interested in bureaucratic manuevering, photo ops, and professional CYA than anything else.(I hope I am wrong about DHS.) But the military, on the other hand, is an organization that truly follows the adage "Service before Self".

To our brave soldiers, sailors and airmen--the Pedestrian Infidel team salutes you!

Creeping Jihad

‘Moderate’ Malaysia Update

Jihad is everywhere. Just look at the front page of any major newspaper, or watch the first ten minutes of the news on CNN or the BBC on any day. Terrorism, the great euphemism for Islam-inspired holy war, AKA ‘Jihad’, gets all the attention and all the headlines.

But bombs and bullets is by no means Jihad’s only modus operandi. It is the loudest and the most obvious, especially for its victims. Indeed, there is another form of Jihad, one that I call the ‘Creeping Jihad.’

Creeping Jihad works like this. Everyone knows a frog, if placed in a pot of boiling water, will jump right out. But if the frog is placed in room temperature water, and if the water temperature is slowly raised to the boiling point, the frog will fail to notice until it’s too late. Creeping Jihad works the same incremental way.

Thus, quietly, generation after generation, virtually unnoticed, the Creeping Jihad moves forward, taking some over here, claiming more over there. At times, the Jihad will move three steps forward, and then tactically retreat two steps backward, resulting in a net gain for Dar al Islam. It is persistent, inherent, irrefutable part of Islam.

Here is the Creeping Jihad at work in Malaysia, right now:

Malaysia is considering its multi-cultural credentials after a crowd of Muslims (last) Sunday broke up a meeting called to defend the rights of religious minorities.

The country's leaders condemned the disturbances, but the BBC's Jonathan Kent in Kuala Lumpur says non-Muslims feel increasingly beleaguered.

"I'm becoming an alien in Malaysia, in my own country," says Dr Jacob George.

The president of the Consumers Association of Subang and Shah Alam in Selangor State has been helping to organise efforts to stop the local authorities in the ethnic Malay-Muslim dominated city of Shah Alam from demolishing a 107-year-old Hindu temple.

Earlier in April another 19th-Century temple was demolished a few kilometres away in the capital Kuala Lumpur.

The authorities said in both cases the temples' founders did not have permission to build them.

This is not the only time that the authorities have literally attacked non Islamic faiths in Malaysia. If anything, it’s accelerating:

Last year the compound of a cult known as the Sky Kingdom was levelled by the authorities, weeks after an attack by a Muslim mob. Many of the cultists are now on trial.

And just before Christmas a newly completed church of an indigenous community near Skudai in Johor state was reduced to rubble, closely monitored by Islamic department officials and the police.

Creeping Jihad is not content with destroying newly jumped up churches and alleged cults, demolishing 100+ year old Hindu temples, or breaking up ‘religious minority’ meetings. Jihad, and Islam, stretches its tentacles into every facet of society.

Including some areas that you wouldn’t probably suspect:

The police recently ordered non-Muslim policewomen to wear Muslim headscarves for their annual parade, something that many non-Muslims felt set a worrying precedent.

And then there have been moves by some local authorities to ban or restrict dog ownership - conservative Muslims see dogs as unclean - and prosecute couples for holding hands or kissing in public.

"During our parents' time there was no problem when you hold hands in the park," says Fong Po Kuan, a non-Muslim opposition MP.

"There's a creeping Islamicisation in our society and this isn't appropriate because we're a multi-religious, multi-racial country."

Actually, Mr. Fong, Islam sees it this way—Malaysia is an Islamic state, Islam is in charge, and the dhimmis/infidels had better get used to that idea, pronto.

Finally... Europe waking up?

A different slant from Europe

It's fascinating that this should come out of Europe. Matthias Dapfner, Chief Executive of the huge German publisher Axel Springer AG, has written a blistering attack in DIE WELT, Germany's largest daily paper, against the timid reaction of Europe in the face of the Islamic threat. History will certify its correctness.

EUROPE - THY NAME IS COWARDICE (Commentary by Mathias Dapfner CEO, Axel Springer, AG)

A few days ago Henry Broder wrote in Welt am Sonntag, "Europe - your family name is appeasement." It's a phrase you can't get out of your head because it's so terribly true.

Appeasement cost millions of Jews and non-Jews their lives as England and France, allies at the time, negotiated and hesitated too long before they noticed that Hitler had to be fought, not bound to toothless agreements.

Appeasement legitimized and stabilized Communism in the Soviet Union , then East Germany, then all the rest of Eastern Europe where for decades, inhuman suppressive, murderous governments were glorified as the ideologically correct alternative to all other possibilities.

Appeasement crippled Europe when genocide ran rampant in Kosovo, and even though we had absolute proof of ongoing mass-murder, we Europeans debated and debated and debated, and were still debating when finally the Americans had to come from halfway around the world, into Europe yet again, and do our work for us.

Rather than protecting democracy in the Middle East, European appeasement, camouflaged behind the fuzzy word "equidistance" now countenances suicide bombings in Israel by fundamentalist Palestinians.

Appeasement generates a mentality that allows Europe to ignore nearly 300,000 victims of Saddam's torture and murder machinery and, motivated by the self-righteousness of the peace-movement, has the gall to issue bad grades to George Bush... Even as it is uncovered that the loudest critics of the American action in Iraq made illicit billions, no, TENS of billions, in the corrupt U.N. Oil-for-Food program.

And now we are faced with a particularly grotesque form of appeasement. How is Germany reacting to the escalating violence by Islamic fundamentalists in Holland and elsewhere? By suggesting that we really should have a "Muslim Holiday" in Germany?

I wish I were joking, but I am not. A substantial fraction of our (German) government, and if the polls are to be believed, the German people, actually believe that creating an Official State "Muslim Holiday" will somehow spare us from the wrath of the fanatical Islamists.

One cannot help but recall Britain's Neville Chamberlain waving the laughable treaty signed by Adolph Hitler, and declaring European "Peace in our time".

What else has to happen before the European public and its political leadership get it? There is a sort of crusade underway, an especially perfidious crusade consisting of systematic attacks by fanatic Muslims, focused on civilians, directed against our free, open Western societies, and intent upon Western Civilization's utter destruction.

It is a conflict that will most likely last longer than any of the great military conflicts of the last century - a conflict conducted by an enemy that cannot be tamed by "tolerance" and "accommodation" but is actually spurred on by such gestures, which have proven to be, and will always be taken by the Islamists for signs of weakness.

Only two recent American Presidents had the courage needed for anti-appeasement: Reagan and Bush.

His American critics may quibble over the details, but we Europeans know the truth. We saw it first hand: Ronald Reagan ended the Cold War, freeing half of the German people from nearly 50 years of terror and virtual slavery. And Bush, supported only by the Social Democrat Blair, acting on moral conviction, recognized the danger in the Islamic War against democracy. His place in history will have to be evaluated after a number of years have passed.

In the meantime, Europe sits back with charismatic self-confidence in the multicultural corner, instead of defending liberal society's values and being an attractive center of power on the same playing field as the true great powers, America and China.

On the contrary - we Europeans present ourselves, in contrast to those "arrogant Americans", as the World Champions of "tolerance", which even (Germany's Interior Minister) Otto Schily justifiably criticizes.

Why? Because we're so moral? I fear it's more because we're so materialistic so devoid of a moral compass.

For his policies, Bush risks the fall of the dollar, huge amounts of additional national debt, and a massive and persistent burden on the American economy - because unlike almost all of Europe, Bush realizes what is at stake - literally everything.

While we criticize the "capitalistic robber barons" of America because they seem too sure of their priorities, we timidly defend our Social Welfare systems. Stay out of it! It could get expensive! We'd rather discuss reducing our 35-hour workweek or our dental coverage, or our 4 weeks of paid vacation... Or listen to TV pastors preach about the need to "reach out to terrorists. To understand and forgive".

These days, Europe reminds me of an old woman who, with shaking hands, frantically hides her last pieces of jewelry when she notices a robber breaking into a neighbor's house.

Appeasement? Europe, thy name is Cowardice. God Bless America!

Mr. Dapfner's words are precisely how I feel and think. I fully agree with all of it! THANKS, Mr. Dapfner... there is hope!

On Bush

The US dollar is in freefall. Illegal immigration is out of control. The Federal budget deficit is astronomical at $400bn, because of a trade deficit spiralling out of control. That now stands at $742bn, which equates to 7% of the US economy! The war in Iraq is going badly, attempts to gloss over the reality notwithstanding. Manufacturing and service jobs are relocating abroad, to countries where labour costs are far, far lower.

The result: The weakening of America. The United States of America is weak because it lacks strong, determined, decisive leadership, because its economy has been allowed to drift, and because it has allowed itself to get involved in a war in a far off land about which it understands little. The war has become a drain on the American economy. And there is little prospect in sight of its being brought to an end. In fact, with Iran flexing its muscles, and with that country determined to develop nuclear capabilities, the prospect for America is looking bleaker than ever.

This is a very worrying development: The free world needs a strong America. It is the free world’s only hope. If America fails, the world will be plunged into darkness.

World economic developments and changes in the balance of power mean that one has to ask the question: Are we witnessing the beginning of the end of the US as the world’s superpower. After all, China is coming up quickly and strong; it’s flourishing. Inward investment is large and valuable. It has a ready supply of cheap labour, and a ready market for its goods due to the enormous population of China. Those who work there also have to consume. After years of hardline communist rule, the Chinese have got a lot of catching up to do, too. Which can only be a boost for the Chinese economy.

One cannot help but ask one pertinent question: Has the US government deliberately turned a blind eye to the enormity of the problem with illegal aliens from Mexico till now to try and compete with the cheap labour available in China? Is it trying to make the US economy more competitive again by allowing these people into the country? There seems to be no other logical explanation for the authorities’ tardiness and reluctance to deal with the problem.

It seems to me that the US government is guilty of playing fast and loose with the country’s future. Can there really be rational, coherent, well-defined economic, foreign and immigration policies underlying all this? Or is the government simply being reactive – reactive to events, both economic and political – as they unfold? It seems to me that there is much of the latter going on. There seems to be little coordinated policy to bring the US back to the health the American people deserve.

At a time when Islam is gaining so much in strength, we need a strong America more than ever. Islamofascism is the greatest threat to the free world since Nazism and communism. The US, with the help of its die-hard and staunch allies, the British and Commonwealth nations, was able to defeat these two ‘isms’. We are showing little resolve to defeat Islamofascism. Indeed, till now, the enemy we face has not even been properly defined; instead, we are told that we are at war with Islamic terrorism. This is something else that Bush has failed to come to grips with. The nature of the enemy!

But then, what can we expect from a president who cannot even control the borders of the country he presides over? Can we really expect of him that he be able to defeat the enemy?

There needs to be a fundamental re-think by the White House staff on all these issues. Is it, perhaps, time to reintroduce the use of the P-word? For years now, protectionism has been extremely unfashionable; and it has been held in a bad light. But can America really go on trying to compete with economies, without a little help of protectionism, with countries whose economic circumstances are so totally different from its own?

How realistic is it for Americans to try and compete with the Chinese who can produce everything so much cheaper than the Americans can? Or does the US government want all jobs to be relocated to China. Does it wish to become a nation of consumers, building up ever larger national debt?

When one of our children is weak, we, as parents, shelter and protect it till it grows up to be big and strong. Why should this not be the case with economies also? After all, it’s what the Japanese did for many, many years. What makes the US so different?

You see, it’s all well and good to argue for open competition on the world markets. It’s a great idea in theory. But for that to work well, there has to be a level playing field. The Chinese, for example, are not willing to play the economic game on a level playing field. The Chinese yuan, as a case in point, needs to be revalued. But if China revalued its currency, it would make it more difficult for China to attract as much inward investment. Hence it is reluctant to do so.

It is very clear to me: President Bush needs to start getting tougher. He needs to be tougher on illegal immigrants, tougher in his foreign policy, tougher in his economic policies, tougher on Islam, tougher, actually, in all he pursues.

President Bush, unless he does a U-turn on many aspects of his policies, will leave the US much, much weaker than it was when he took office. This will not be a good legacy for him to leave the nation. As a result, history will judge him harshly on it.

Mr. President: Step up to the plate before it’s too late! Remember this: Mrs. Thatcher used to say that the best decisions are the tough decisions.

Mrs Thatcher was a great leader. Great leaders have many characteristics in common. Perhaps above all, they have vision. They are decisive. They couldn’t care less what others think of them. They have set standards, and they stick to them. They are honest. They expect a lot from the people they lead. They show those they lead what to do, and ensure these things get done. But they also listen.

How do you measure up, Mr. Bush?

The Top Five Terrorist Targets

Al Qaeda has never kept it a secret about how much they want to harm the economies of their enemies. The economic angle, after all, was a major objective of the 9-11 operation. If Bin Laden's band of jihadists (or anyone else) could pull off an operation that inflicted significant damage to one or more of the following targets, the world economy would be in some serious trouble. At least that's the theory.

You may not have heard or thought of these critical targets, but rest assured, the enemy has:

1. The Abqaiq Oil Processing Complex, in eastern Saudi Arabia, processes up 6.8 million barrels of Saudi oil a day, and then pumps it out to ship loading facilities. Abqaiq is one of the best guarded sites in the world. An unsuccessful al Qaeda assault in February 2006 resulted in security being improved still further. If Abqaiq were put out of action, the al Saud family, and the Saudi economy, would be in great danger.

2. The Strait of Malacca, in my neck of the woods, is the narrow seaway providing the most direct route between the Pacific and Indian oceans. Some 20 percent of all world trade moves through these straits, aboard an average of 130 ships a day. There's lots of worrisome pirate activity in and around the Strait, and sea traffic is vulnerable to naval mines and being blocked by sunken ships in the shallower parts. If either happened, this would disrupt some traffic, at the very least. Near total shutdown of the Strait would cause economic disruption worldwide, and especially in East Asia. Shipping costs would go up and there would be lots of shipping delays. Ultimate economic costs would run into the hundreds of billions of dollars.

3. The Druzhba Pipeline is, at 4,000 kilometers, the longest in the world. It travels through southern Russia, close to the volatile Caucasus region. The pipeline supplies Ukraine and points west, including Germany with crucial energy supplies. This pipeline moves 1.2 million barrels a day, and taking it out of service would cripple the economies it serves (major parts of Central and Eastern Europe).

4. The Straits of Hormuz are 34 kilometers wide, and each day 17 million barrels of oil pass through it aboard tankers. The Straits are vulnerable to Iranian anti-ship missiles (bought from China) and naval mines. Terrorists could also plant naval mines, which are available on the black market.

5. The Suez Canal is a smaller version of the Strait of Malacca, but is more vulnerable. At its narrowest point, it's only 300 meters wide. Sink one or more ships in the canal, and 1.3 million barrels of oil have to find a different route each day, as well as millions of tons of other cargo. Worse, the canal is a major portion of the Egyptian economy. Thus a canal shutdown could cause widespread political unrest in Egypt. And that's the last thing the Egyptians need right now.

Cheema Muslim Outrage™ Update

Remember the would-be jihadist from Pakistan, Amer Cheema, who committed suicide in his German jail cell earlier this month? Well, over the weekend in Pakistan, a huge crowd of more than 50,000 followers of the Religion of Peace™ attended Cheema’s funeral, giving the attempted murderer a hero’s send-off:

SAROKI, Pakistan May 13, 2006 (AP)— More than 50,000 people turned out Saturday for the funeral of a Pakistani student who died while under arrest in Germany for allegedly planning to attack a newspaper that published caricatures of the Muslim prophet Muhammad.

Amer Cheema, 28, was arrested in March as he tried to enter the office of Axel Springer, the publisher of Die Welt.

The newspaper was one of several in Europe that reprinted the caricatures in a show of support for freedom of expression after their first publication in a Danish newspaper angered Muslims.

The reprinting touched off even more outrage in the Islamic world, especially in Pakistan, where tens of thousands of people took to the street in often violent protests.

Islamic tradition bars drawings of Muhammad to discourage idolatry.

According to German police, Cheema hanged himself in his Berlin cell on May 3 using a noose made from his clothes. On Saturday, his coffin arrived at Lahore airport from Germany and a government helicopter carried the body to Cheema’s family in Saroki, a village 90 miles northwest of Lahore.

Chanting “God is great!” and “We are slaves of Prophet Muhammad!”, more than 50,000 people attended the funeral, dispersing peacefully afterward, said Fayyaz Bhutta, the district mayor.

Cheema was a 'student', is that right? So were the Iranians that stormed the American embassy over 25 years ago, as a matter of fact.

Sword without Leniency

Head over to VDH's site and read Bruce Thorton's latest:

Sword Without Leniency
The West must scuttle arrogant materialism and take jihadists at their word.
by Bruce Thornton

In 636 A.D., the caliph Umar gave these instructions to the commander he sent to Basra during the conquest of Iraq: “Summon the people to God; those who respond to your call, accept if from them, but those who refuse must pay the poll tax out of humiliation and lowliness. If they refuse this, it is the sword without leniency.”

Nearly fourteen centuries later, another Muslim leader, President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad — who like Umar is fulfilling the Prophet’s injunction to “fight those who believe not in Allah” — has issued a similar summons to President Bush, leader of the most powerful nation in what once was called Christendom: “Undoubtedly through faith in God and the teaching of the prophets, the people will conquer their problems. My question to you is: ‘Do you want to join them?’”

Muzzies find yet another excuse for outrage

Just when the Cartoon Jihad was getting a bit stale, wouldn't you know it...the Muzzies have managed to manufacture yet another pretext for Muslim Outrage™. Actually, the Cartoon Jihad itself has conveniently provided the jumping off point for this new episode of Muslim Outrage™.

Here's the story, from International Herald Tribune:

After months of angry protests against the publication of 12 caricatures of the(alleged) Prophet Muhammad, first printed in a small Danish newspaper last year, Europe appeared relieved that the anger in the Islamic world has seemed to dissipate.

But the case of Amer Cheema, a Pakistani who was arrested in March after allegedly trying to assassinate a newspaper editor in Berlin, and then died on May 3 while in police custody, has stoked anti-German sentiment in some parts of the Muslim world.

...

Cheema was caught by security guards in the lobby of the Axel Springer Building here in Berlin, where the newspaper Die Welt, which reprinted the Muhammad cartoons earlier this year, is published.

He told the police that his aim was to assassinate Roger Köppel, a Swiss citizen who is Die Welt's editor in chief.

OK, so martyr-wanna-be Cheema (from Pakistan, of course--the country whose chief export is terrorists) tries to wage his own personal jihad against one of the Euro-dhimmi papers that had the temerity to publish the Evil Cartoons earlier this year. This genius tried to make a hit on the newspaper's editor. Unfortunately for Cheema, and fortunately for the editor, the newspaper's security guards were actually doing their job and they caught Mr. Jihadist before he could get to his target.

After Mr. Martyr gets hauled off to the German lock-up, he manages to kill himself in his jail cell. The Kraut police are calling it a clear case of suicide.

The Muzzies, naturally, are screaming that he was murdered by the Polizei, and Cheema is now being hailed as a hero by his co-religionists.

So predictable.

Rice caves in, jizya to Palestine set to resume

In a totally predictable turn of events, Uberdhimmi Rice has caved to the Eurabian allies on the matter of 'Palestinian Aid'. Very soon, reems of US tax dollars will be heading back to Gaza and the West Bank. The spin on it is that the jizya--oops, I meant 'humanitarian aid'--is going, ahem, "directly to the Palestinian people."

UNITED NATIONS May 9, 2006 (AP)— The United States bowed to pressure from its allies on Tuesday and agreed to support a new program to temporarily funnel additional humanitarian aid directly to the Palestinian people.

A statement by Mideast peacemakers, issued after a day of closed-door diplomatic meetings, did not suggest precisely how much or what kind of aid they would provide. But the agreement seemed to underscore a concern that months of withholding most aid from the Palestinians, part of an effort to pressure the new Hamas-led government toward a more accommodating stance with Israel, was harming the Palestinian people.

Heavens, we just simply can't allow those poor terrorists and their supporters to starve. They don't even have the money to feed themselves, right?

So how could the long-suffering Jihadists afford to buy stuff like high-grade military explosives?

JERUSALEM (AFP) - Israel last week seized a large cargo of high-grade explosives which an Egyptian boat tried totransfer to two Palestinian boats from the Gaza Strip, the army told AFP.

According to a military source on Tuesday, an Israeli navy patrol off the Mediterranean coast of Sinai last Wednesday spotted "an Egyptian boat transferring a cargo to two Palestinian boats".

The suspicious cargo was dropped off by the Palestinian boats once their crews noticed the Israeli ship, the source told AFP.

"Navy divers later retrieved the cargo from the seabed and found it contained 550 kilograms (1,200 pounds) of full-grade TNT (trinitrotoluene) explosives," he said.

Remember, every western dollar or euro that goes to feed some Palestinian Arab is one less dollar that Hamas has to spend on providing services, and one more dollar that they can devote to buying explosives, rockets, or otherwise financing Martyrdom Operations.

More Mad Malaysian Ministerial Musings

On a regular basis, the local Dear Leader of the Malaysian Islamic State can be trusted to say the usual banal idiocies, and so on. My jaw stopped hitting the floor awhile ago upon hearing it, but that doesn't mean I can't share the madness with you, the reader.

So sit back and bask in the mighty wisdom of the Prime Minister:

KUALA LUMPUR, May 9 (Bernama) -- Malaysians must learn from the past conflicts and turmoil that happened in Malaysia in the last century and treasure the peace and stability they now enjoy, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said Tuesday.

He said it was easy for young Malaysians who never witnessed armed conflict to take for granted the peace that they had known all their lives ... he said Malaysia had experienced four episodes of serious conflict and turmoil in the last century -- the Japanese Occupation, the Communist Party of Malaya (CPM) insurgency, Confrontation and the May 13 ethnic riots.

Abdullah said today's prosperous Malaysia was built on the sacrifices of the police, the armed forces and the civilians who resisted the CPM in the towns, villages and deep jungle settlements.

Of course, everyone knows that the Japanese occupation of Malaya (part of World War II) and the Malayan 'Emergency' of 1946-60 (which was really a full-blown civil war) were resolved through strictly peaceful means, dialog, negotiation, UNSC resolutions and singing kum-by-yah. Don't Malaysians always go on about only 'dialog' and such can handle disputes? Certainly such problems can never be resolved by such drastic, cowboy, and unilateral means like armed resistance or self defense. Such militaristic notions can only be found in the the unilateral wet dreams of American imperialists, right?

The Prime Minister said Malaysians should also learn from these incidents and those elsewhere that terrorism and terrorists did not belong to any particular ethnic group, religion or nation.

Hmm, you gonna believe Malaysian taqiyya about Islam, or your own lyin' eyes?

He said terrorism, which was annact [sic] of organised violence against civilians to achieve a political end, had been used by groups regardless of religion, ethnicity, ideology or nationality.

"Terrorism has been practised by many groups -- European, American, African and Asian -- and is a human reactionary mechanism."

Ah, good to know! Blowing up night clubs, trains, buses, and office buildings is a perfectly normal human reaction mechanism. I'll be sure to pass that gem to the 9-11 families, the victims in London, Bali, Madrid, Tel Aviv, etc etc etc.

Terrorism has existed not only among Muslims but also Christians, Jews, Hindus and Buddhists. The terrorism they practised violated the teachings of their religions, for no religion condones violent attacks against civilians and Islam is certainly clear on this matter," he added.

Um, which parts in Islam exactly state not to kill civilians? Darn it, he never does specify the answer to that question. Trust him, it's in the Koran, um, someplace. Honest!

The Prime Minister said Malaysians should also understand that terrorism could not be defeated by military and coercive measures alone.

Have you hugged a terrorist today or sent money to a needy terrorist? I am sure you all remember how well the Oslo agreement was honored by the Paleos and how much their Hamas government honors such negotiated settlements even now.

Above all, Abdullah said, Malaysia learned that it could never defeat the enemy without addressing and neutralising the factors that drove people to take up arms.

Similarly, he said, the present campaign against international terrorism would not succeed unless the world confronted the factors driving it and this would require political courage.

Something we have been saying here at PI for awhile now.

Abdullah said the issues of Palestine and Iraq must be resolved with careful thought and reasoning."We must end unlawful occupation, injustice, oppression and marginalisation wherever they exist and only then will insurgency and terrorism truly subside," he added.

"Unlawful occupation" is the ususal doublespeak here for the existance of Israel. As soon as the Middle East is Judenrein, as soon as the Muslims attain their rightful place as the masters of the Middle East, Eurabia, followed shortly thereafter by the rest of the world (cuz the Koran says so), then insurgency and terrorism will truly subside.

The Prime Minister wants us to learn from past wars. Being an observer of politics and a student of history, here is what I have learned from past conflicts of the 20th century and before that:

“Wars are best fought by Generals in the field, not Politicians at home.”

“Unilateral Action is better than Multilateral Inaction.”

“If you desire peace, you must prepare for war.”

...and last but not least, the always popular

“There is no substitute for victory.”

Mexican Standoff--by Charlie Daniels

An actual recent column by the one and only Charlie Daniels. He's more than just a country music celebrity. Do read it all:

I don’t know how everybody else feels about it, but to me I think Hispanic people in this country, legally or illegally, made a huge public relations mistake with their recent demonstrations.

I don’t blame anybody in the world for wanting to come to the United States of America, as it is a truly wonderful place. But when the first thing you do when you set foot on American soil is illegal it is flat out wrong and I don’t care how many lala land left heads come out of the woodwork and start trying to give me sensitivity lessons.

I don’t need sensitivity lessons, in fact I don’t have anything against Mexicans, I just have something against criminals and anybody who comes into this country illegally is a criminal and if you don’t believe it try coming into America from a foreign country without a passport and see how far you get.

What disturbs me about the demonstrations is that it’s tantamount to saying, “I am going to come into your country even if it means breaking your laws and there’s nothing you can do about it.”

It’s an “in your face” action and speaking just for me I don’t like it one little bit and if there were a half dozen pairs of gonads in Washington bigger than English peas it wouldn’t be happening.

Where are you, you bunch of lilly livered, pantywaist, forked tongued, sorry excuses for defenders of The Constitution? Have you been drinking the water out of the Potomac again?

And even if you pass a bill on immigration it will probably be so pork laden and watered down that it won’t mean anything anyway. Besides, what good is another law going to do when you won’t enforce the ones on the books now?

And what ever happened to the polls guys? I thought you folks were the quintessential finger wetters. Well you sure ain’t paying any attention to the polls this time because somewhere around eighty percent of Americans want something done about this mess, and mess it is and getting bigger everyday.

This is no longer a problem, it is a dilemma and headed for being a tragedy. Do you honestly think that what happened in France with the Muslims can’t happen here when the businesses who hire these people finally run out of jobs and a few million disillusioned Hispanics take to the streets?

If you, Mr. President, Congressmen and Senators, knuckle under on this and refuse to do something meaningful it means that you care nothing for the kind of country your children and grandchildren will inherit.

But I guess that doesn’t matter as long as you get re-elected.

Shame on you.

Pray for our troops.

What do you think?

God Bless America

Moussaoui, meet Supermax

Mr. Moussaoui, AKA Mo, the infamous devout follower of the late Murdering Molester Mo, having successfully escaped execution, is about to head off to his home for the next several decades.

Mr. Mo, meet Supermax.

Moussaoui is expected to be transferred within days to the Administrative Maximum United States Penitentiary, or Admax, in Florence, Colo., the federal government's most secure prison, located in the high desert 90 miles south of Denver.

Dubbed the "Alcatraz of the Rockies" by prison experts -- and "The Tombs" by many prisoners and their lawyers -- the 12-year-old "supermax" facility houses about 400 of the most dangerous and infamous prisoners in the federal system, from "Unabomber" Theodore J. Kaczynski to Ramzi Yousef, architect of the 1993 World Trade center bombing.

The left wing moonbat brigade has wasted no time in calling even this sentence 'inhumane':
"It's a modern-day, high-tech form of solitary confinement," said Jamie Fellner, head of Human Rights Watch's U.S. program, who spent two days touring the Florence facility as part of a study on supermax prisons. "It's not the dungeon of old. There are lights and it's clean. But it's still not humane. Conditions that may be justifiable for three months become much more problematic when it becomes three years or longer."

Makes me wonder what sort of punishment for Mr. Mo Jamie would be ok with. Sadly, Jamie doesn't answer that question in this article--he's much too busy bashing the US Government, which is pretty much a full time occupation for the loony left wingers nowadays.

Perhaps if Mo took a fall from 400 meters, like so many victims did in Lower Manhattan on that bloody day almost five years ago, then he wouldn't nearly suffer as much as his pal Jamie fears. Just a few seconds in free fall and then it's over, right? Much more humane, right?

I hope Mr. Mo suffers. Supermax is way, way too good for the likes of him.

O. J. Moussaoui

What happens when you "turn the other cheek"? Answer: You become a weather vane. One good turn deserves another, and pretty soon your cheek turning has you going in circles.

Perhaps it was much too much to expect that peri-Washington, D.C. jurors, deep in the northern Virginia Islamic Corridor, would not go marshmallow. There must have been too many Mr. Magoos, Casper Milquetoasts, Walter Mittys, and O. J. Simpson jurors.

And, to be saying this, we fly in the face of our own opposition to the death penalty. No, we are not opposed in principle, but there are too many people sent to die by means of ignorance, incompetence, and downright prosecutorial and judical malfeasance. So, we are opposed in fact, with notable exceptions.

Moussaoui was just such an exception. Justice was not served, but mercy certainly was. IF YOU HAVE TRUE JUSTICE, THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR "MERCY." True justice takes into account all relevant context; if anyone thinks that mercy is required, then what is being practiced is not true justice. Mercy bypasses justice and is in itself a form of injustice. If anyone thinks mercy is good, then keep those cheeks turning.

Causality has not gone away, and there will be causal consequences from the sentencing verdict. For one, we have broadcast to the Islamic Barbaric World that we are just as weak as they are told we are. We are full of soft-formed, loosely wrapped polyannas who have grown too weak and will-less to defend themselves any longer. Why, we are just like Europe, we are saying.

The possibilities for future perfidy which can follow is another causal possibility that ought to make any of us sick even to contemplate. Imagine Righteous George pardoning or commuting ZM on the last day of his last term. Or, imagine that under the unremitting pressure of Islamic nasties abroad and at home, and those pouring through our porous border to get their "rights," Congress, SCOTUS, and the Executive cook up something that lets ZM out, short of his dying.

We keep seeing the face of a black American gentleman, who lost his wife of 24 years on 11 September 2001. He is extremely well-spoken, well-dressed, and seems to be an outstanding human being. Everything he said all during the trial and this morning-after has been so correct. He wants justice, but justice was denied. It would kill this man for ZM to get some sort of mercy in the future that makes life for him any better to any extent. This American is not alone, and, even though we lost no one on 11 September, we feel that all 2900+ were "ours," and that we lost them also.

Stand by for consequences. They are coming, and they won't be good ones.

Alien Nation

Attributed to the LA Times, June 2002:

1. 40% of all workers in L.A. County (L.A. County has 10 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes. This was because they are predominantly illegal immigrants, working without a green card.

2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.

3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.

4. Over 2/3's of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal whose births were paid for by taxpayers.

5. Nearly 25% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.

6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.

7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.

8. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.

9. 21 radio stations in L.A. are Spanish speaking.

10. In L.A.County 5.1 million people speak English. 3.9 million speak Spanish (10.2 million people in L.A.County).

Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops but 29% are on welfare. Over 70% of the United States annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York) results from immigration. According to Professor Donald Huddle at Rice University, the cost of illegal immigration to the American taxpayer in 1997 was a NET (after subtracting taxes immigrants pay) $70 BILLION a year.

The European Dilemma

European Kafir forwarded this column to me recently. A bit of research revealed that this piece was authored by one Sebastian Vilar Rodriguez, a Spanish writer who now resides in the US. And with good reason, as PI readers will already be sadly aware of Eurabia's slow but steady decline into dhimmitude. Senor Rodriguez restates the European dilemma in a very eloquent fashion.

All European Life Died In Auschwitz

I walked down the street in Barcelona, and suddenly discovered a terrible truth – Europe died in Auschwitz.

We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims.

In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.

The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world. These are the people we burned.

And under the pretence of tolerance, and because we wanted to prove to ourselves that we were cured of the disease of racism, we opened our gates to 20 million Muslims, who brought us stupidity and ignorance, religious extremism and lack of tolerance, crime and poverty due to an unwillingness to work and support their families with pride.

They have turned our beautiful Spanish cities into the third world, drowning in filth and crime.

Shut up in the apartments they receive free from the government, they plan the murder and destruction of their naïve hosts.

And thus, in our misery, we have exchanged culture for fanatical hatred, creative skill for destructive skill, intelligence for backwardness and superstition.

We have exchanged the pursuit of peace of the Jews of Europe and their talent for hoping for a better future for their children, their determined clinging to life because life is holy, for those who pursue death, for people consumed by the desire for death for themselves and others, for our children and theirs.

What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.

UPDATE:

Above article is Fake but Accurate.

This article was almost undoubtedly never published in any Spanish or European paper and was never written by anyone named Senor Rodriguez, that is, if he exists at all (which he probably doesn't).

Here are the problems:

1) The phrasing and syntax look like they were originally written in English, but this letter/essay was (supposedly) originally written in Spanish.

2) Sebastian Vilar Rodriguez only exists in posts that post this 'article'. I cannot find any mention of any writer by this name, or any other article by this writer outside of the blog-o-sphere.

3) And most importantly - there is no European paper with the cojones to actually publish anything this provocative against Muslims. Indeed Spain has been on a push to encourage Muslim immigration since 2004 when the Socialists took power (right after the Muslims' train bombings in Madrid which resulted in massive loss of life).

So, while this essay is fake, it is undoubtedly true that almost all the sentiments expressed in this "article" reflect the Muslim reality in Europe today.

It is too bad that no paper actually published it.
