Barack Hussein Obama: “I will stand with [the Muslims] should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

Let's empty out that closet, Barak Hussein Obama. Are you a Muslim?
Malcolm X, racist who despises white people, is his hero. Barak Hussein, come clean about your past.

Can a past of Islam change the path to president for Obama?

WASHINGTON - Although Sen. Barack Obama is a Christian, his childhood and family connections to Islam are beginning to complicate his presidential ambitions.

The Illinois Democrat spent much of last week refuting unfounded reports that he had been educated in a madrassa, or radical Islamic school, when he lived in Indonesia as a boy.

“The Indonesian school Obama attended in Jakarta is a public school that is not and never has been a Madrassa,” said a statement put out by the senator’s staff.

But the school did teach the Quran, Islam’s holy book, along with subjects such as math and science, according to Obama, who attended when he was 9 and 10.

“In Indonesia, I had spent two years at a Muslim school,” he wrote in his first memoir, “Dreams from my Father.” “The teacher wrote to tell my mother that I made faces during Koranic studies.”

Obama — whose father, stepfather, brother and grandfather were Muslims — explained his own first name, Barack, in “Dreams”: “It means ‘Blessed.’ In Arabic. My grandfather was a Muslim.”

In his second memoir, “The Audacity of Hope,” Obama added: “Although my father had been raised a Muslim, by the time he met my mother he was a confirmed atheist.”

Still, when his father, a black Kenyan named Barack Obama Sr., died in 1982, “the family wanted a Muslim burial,” Obama quoted his brother, Roy, as saying in “Dreams.”

The statement put out by Obama’s office last week referred to his father simply as “an atheist,” without mentioning his Muslim upbringing.

But with pundits already making faith a major issue in this presidential campaign — as evidenced by questions about Republican Mitt Romney’s Mormonism — Obama’s religious background is likely to come under further scrutiny.

“He comes from a father who was a Muslim,” said civil rights author Juan Williams of National Public Radio. “I mean, I think that given we’re at war with Muslim extremists, that presents a problem.”

Obama’s grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama, for whom the senator was given his middle name, Hussein, was fiercely devoted to Islam, according to an account in “Dreams.” The grandfather, who died in 1979, was described by his widow when Obama visited Kenya in the late 1980s.

“What your grandfather respected was strength. Discipline,” Obama quoted his grandmother as telling him. “This is also why he rejected the Christian religion, I think.

“For a brief time, he converted, and even changed his name to Johnson. But he could not understand such ideas as mercy towards your enemies, or that this man Jesus could wash away a man’s sins.

“To your grandfather, this was foolish sentiment, something to comfort women,” she added. “And so he converted to Islam — he thought its practices conformed more closely to his beliefs.”

When Obama was 2 years old, his parents divorced and his father moved away from the family’s home in Hawaii. Four years later, his mother married an Indonesian man, Lolo Soetoro, who moved his new wife and stepson to Jakarta.

“During the five years that we would live with my stepfather in Indonesia, I was sent first to a neighborhood Catholic school and then to a predominately Muslim school,” Obama wrote in “Audacity.” “In our household, the Bible, the Koran, and the Bhagavad Gita sat on the shelf.”

Obama’s stepfather was a practicing Muslim.

“Lolo followed a brand of Islam that could make room for the remnants of more ancient animist and Hindu faiths,” Obama recalled. “He explained that a man took on the powers of whatever he ate: One day soon, he promised, he would bring home a piece of tiger meat for us to share.”

“It was to Lolo that I turned to for guidance and instruction,” Obama recalled. “He introduced me as his son.”

Although Obama wrote of “puzzling out the meaning of the muezzin’s call to evening prayer,” he was not raised as a Muslim, according to the senator’s office. Nor was he raised as a Christian by his mother, a white American named Ann Dunham who was deeply skeptical of religion.

“Her memories of the Christians who populated her youth were not fond ones,” Obama wrote. “For my mother, organized religion too often dressed up closed-mindedness in the garb of piety, cruelty and oppression in the cloak of righteousness.”

As a result, he said, “I was not raised in a religious household.”

Later in life, however, he was drawn to the writings of an influential American Muslim who served as the spokesman for the militant Nation of Islam.

Malcolm X’s autobiography seemed to offer something different,” Obama wrote. “His repeated acts of self-creation spoke to me; the blunt poetry of his words, his unadorned insistence on respect, promised a new and uncompromising order, martial in its discipline, forged through sheer force of will.” [Disgusting. I have read Malcolm's biography years ago and it is hateful to whites to the extreme. Thanks for letting us whites know how you admire him.]

He added: “Malcolm’s discovery toward the end of his life, that some whites might live beside him as brothers in Islam, seemed to offer some hope of eventual reconciliation.”

While working as a community organizer for a group of churches in Chicago, Obama was repeatedly asked to join Christian congregations, but begged off.

“I remained a reluctant skeptic, doubtful of my own motives, wary of expedient conversion, having too many quarrels with God to accept a salvation too easily won,” he wrote.

But after much soul searching, he eventually was baptized at Trinity United Church of Christ.

“It came about as a choice and not an epiphany; the questions I had did not magically disappear,” he explained. “But kneeling beneath that cross on the South Side of Chicago, I felt God’s spirit beckoning me. I submitted myself to His will, and dedicated myself to discovering His truth.”

Obama’s family connections to Islam would endure, however. For example, his brother Roy opted for Islam over Christianity, as Obama recounted when describing his 1992 wedding.

“The person who made me proudest of all,” Obama wrote, “was Roy. Actually, now we call him Abongo, his Luo name, for two years ago he decided to reassert his African heritage. He converted to Islam, and has sworn off pork and tobacco and alcohol.”

Meanwhile, Obama remained sharply critical of what he called “the religious absolutism of the Christian right.”

In “Audacity,” the senator wrote that such believers insist “not only that Christianity is America’s dominant faith, but that a particular, fundamentalist brand of that faith should drive public policy, overriding any alternative source of understanding, whether the writings of liberal theologians, the findings of the National Academy of Sciences, or the words of Thomas Jefferson.”

As for the Democratic Party, Obama observed that “a core segment of our constituency remains stubbornly secular in orientation, and fears — rightly, no doubt — that the agenda of an assertively Christian nation may not make room for them or their life choices.”

Although the overwhelming majority of Americans describe themselves as Christians, Obama does not believe that any one religion should define the United States.“We are no longer just a Christian nation,” he argues in “Audacity,” which was published last year. “We are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers.”

Obama calls the Iraq war “a botched and ill-advised U.S. military incursion into a Muslim country.” He is also protective of civil rights for Muslims in the U.S.

“In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans … have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging,” he laments. “I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

This is all a bunch of ridiculous biased insanity all in a pathetic attempt to tarnish the image of Barack Obama, emphasizing "hussien", taking his words to an extremity which do not hold the intentions of his original meaning or purpose. Butchering his speeches to make his opinions sound more biased than they are in actuality is only a pity attempt to criticize and scrutinize a man whose beliefs and background speak for all of the American People, whether white, black, or muslim. When he states that he will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction, he is reffering to the unlawful and mistreament of the muslim community in particular, as the government has been pushing the line of civil liberties of this particular group specifically, and that he is there for them and believes in equal treatment of all citizens. I find this entire blog insignificant, meaningless, and just a wretched attempt to do whatever you can, dig up any non-existant dirt and negativity toward Senator Obama, and rephrase it in such a way to scare the American People.

Good Lord, so to speak,

You have exposed Hussein Obama aka Osama Obama (courtesy Ted Kennedy) better than anyone. He is at best a polished liar. We do not need any more liars, polished or rough. You must be doing something right since this ridiculous "anonymous" has become a pretzel-for-obama. Talk about flying up your bung.

John Sobieski said...

That's what he said verbatim. And Hussein is his middle name and has meaning. Now if only Osama would come clean about his Muslim past, it could all be resolved.

Let's ask Osama a few questions. Does he believe the Quran or the Bible? What does he think of Islam and the doctrine of jihad? Does he believe the Quran is the words of God and that God is the same God of Christianity? I want to hear his answers and then I can asses the man as a liar and fraud or truthful and honorable.

Hey, I have the same problems with Christianity. But that desire for strength and discipline wouldn’t push me into the arms of Hitler … or Mohammad. Talk about your false alternatives!!!!

It is interesting that Barak Hussein Obama, Jr. can at times criticize some variants of Christianity but shows little discomfort with Islam. Given the continual hidden details it appears that he is trying to hide something. Is he the Manchurian Candidate? Inquiring minds want to know?

Now if he boasted about abandoning Islam for Christianity, I’d be impressed. And since he at least admitted that like his brother he was given a choice. Why did he find Christianity preferable? Pray do tell, Hussein!

Seriously paranoid, Everyone in Indonesia must declare one of five religions. The vast majority of people pick Islam as it is the majority religion and creates the least red tape hassles. To try and link that to something more bizarre is a classic in redneck thinking.

anonymouse, yes what an easy excuse for looking the other way, you obviously have your own hidden motives. Are you worried that it might turn out that the guy is actually a Cristian after all?
Or are you paranoid that the "classic redneck thinking" will show up to be the truth?
You protest to much, methinks.

Its disgusting to observe such a biased attitude towards Barack obama.Does being a muslim takes away his credentials or taking madarsa education disqualifies him from being the president of a soverign state? There is no wrong in gaurding the interests of a particular section, being traumised & pushed for wrong reasons. If we support such proagandas & implications then we are not bound to be called civilised & secular, but we are also extremists.

The Anti-Jihadist said...

Being a Muslim rather does disqualify someone from being the head of state, especially an 'infidel' state at that. Muslims could never be truly loyal to any country based on Enlightenment values.

And the fact that Indonesians must declare one of five religions on a stupid ID card is an atrocity in itself. Malaysia is the same backwards mindset. One cannot say "atheist", "secular humanist" or "jewish" on said cards. Madness.

Barack Obama, when you knelt beneath that cross and rededicated your life to God, which God was it: Allah or YHWH? Are you saved? Is Jesus your Saviour?

Was Jesus crucified? Was he resurrected? When you stand before the great white throne, who will be sitting at the right hand, Jesus or Moe?

Allah declared & Moe prosecuted unremitting, perpetual warfare on Jews, Christians and anybody rejecting Islam. Allah said "fight them"... "until they pay the Jizya and feel themselves subdued". Moe said that our blood & property are not sacred to Muslims until we testify that "only Allah has the right to be worshiped". What do you say? Will you combat Jihad and pursue its proponents to the ends of the earth or will you submit and pay Jizya?

All this talk about religion...especially Christianity and Islam. Both religions have histories including caring outreach to help others, and involvement in starting bloody wars.

There is within each person, the ability to discover the absolute truth, beyond what "any" religion can teach...for it is not a learning per se, but a (re)discovery appearing as though being revealed.

When it comes to politics, the reality often called God and many other names, has no politics and no religion. The law of its being (and yours) is not arbitrary and cannot be other than what it is...and it is that very thing that can and will show you.

Nations of any kind epitomize the problem in a sense, that of giving one's power over to another. The very idea of sovereignty is an abomination to a sane mind, and the historical practice of sovereignty is and has always been cruel...even in the USA. Search up the (US) ROE (Rules of Engagement) online and read the philosophies by which the USA interacts militarily and via peace initiatives, published and used by our government. Then look closely at how those rules have been used throughout the world both in contemporary times and times past. It is NOT a pretty sight...but then, no less pretty than the use of sovereignty's principles by other nations.

Nevertheless, if one is to have a state, nation and government, let them do so with reasonability and due caution toward power-hungriness. If someone is put in a position of responsibility, know who he IS, not merely a recitation of his history. It is odd that people will follow Paul's Christian tenets on the one hand, knowing full well he was murdering Christians just before rising to power in the church...and on the other hand, speak about someone else as evil because of possible connections to a religion or group (rather than specific, documented acts of his own).

It is somewhat sad in America that patriotism so often takes on a mob mentality among the very people speaking so loudly about freedom, equality, humane treatment of prisoners, living by law and order, and so on. And yet, even cursory examination of the practice of law and case adjudication in America suggests that for all the talk, there is no true moral standard raised and followed, Christian or not.

Suggestion: Go into the world and do as much good as you can during your lifetime. Find others who are doing the same, and you will realize that these good people come from all races, all religions, non-religious ways, and all walks of life. I work with a nonprofit organization re nonviolence, and in that context, work with a Human Relations Task Force. There are members of several races, several religions (including the two most often mentioned in this blog), establishment agencies such as Sheriff's Dept(s), school district reps and police, all sexual orientations, even some ex-criminals, and a VERY diverse assortment of people and organizations...all working together very effectively to make our local area less violent, specifically addressing hate crimes and hate incidents (per legal definitions). The task force is a model for other task forces and for government agencies.

It is important to take every idea and belief you have on important subjects, and trace your motivation for holding those beliefs to their roots...and discard the ones that are unsound. Saying "Rags McNasty" things back and forth may get a chuckle here and there, and some emotional and verbal agreement, but it cannot resolve the worlds many problems, nor can it objectively examine presidential candidates.

Am I a proponent for Obama? No. Not for or against him. But I am for a little more thought being put into the attitudes by which we as a people make decisions that will impact our lives in huge ways, as well as impact the lives of people all over the world.

Enough said. I will respond to serious comments. Flame statements will be deleted. altarslight@aol.com

Islam is a crime against humanity. Allah commands Muslims to conquer and subjugate us. Every person whose father is Muslim must be Muslim according to Sharia. Obama's father was a Muslim.

He claimed that no people have suffered more than the Fallestinians, ignoring their attempted genocide against Israel.

He said that he would stand by the Muslims if things turned ugly politically.

He has expressed doubts about Christian doctrine. I have therefore put forward a critical challenge, asking him to confirm the Nicene Creed and to denounce the ayat & ahadith which make Jihad, genocide and terrorism mandatory Islamic sacraments. You can read my challenge here: http://www.anewtone.com/2008/01/specifically-senator.html

Dear folks,

Ya gotta do your homework and question everything you see on the WWW. Context is everything, eh? The actual quote, in context, from "The Audacity of Hope":

"In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

He's talking about standing against a tiny but vocal minority of bigots who threaten AMERICANS.

Likewise, Obama does not have disdain for his "mother's race;" what kind of cretin do you think he is?? The major theme of "Dreams From My Father" is Obama's search for identity and place and he includes many profound passages discussing periods of questioning in his life.

Please, folks, don't parrot the right wing noise machine: ask yourself, "does that make sense?" And when you, as a sensible American, realize that it does not, please go to the source, learn the truth, and refute the lie to everyone you meet.

I'm an Obama supporter, but not an automaton and certainly not on his staff. Just a regular American doing his primary job of informing himself.

Thanks for listening,

Mark

Obama claims to be Christian, that he was never Muslim. But it is common knowledge that the children of a Muslim man must be raised as Muslims. Reliance of the Traveler states a requirement that such children be taught the tenets of Islam as protection from Hellfire. It also says that a Muslim who apostasizes is murtad and should be executed.

If Obama sincerely accepted Christ's plan of salvation and became Christian, then he is under a death sentence; Muslims can not support him as he is a traitor to Allah.

His so called church admits Muslims to membership, refer to a recent article at Sons Of Apes And Pigs. His spiritual mentor thinks Calypso Louis is a hero & gave him the Trumpeter Award last November.

The existence of Muslims for Obama08 is sufficient to inform us.

While a member of the Illinois State Senate, Obama was pandering to the SandMaggots, attending and participating in their fund raisers, which send $$$ to fund terrorists.

He said that nobody suffers more than the SandMaggots, ignoring the fact that their suffering results entirely from their constant aggression against Israel.

Arab & Pakistani Americans? If they are Muslims, they are not Americans!!! It is not possible to be simultaneously American & Muslim. The assertion is a token of terrible cognitive dissonance.

The tenets of Americanism & Islam are diametrically opposed. One man one vote: one man, one vote one time. The dignity & equality of the individual: superiority of Muslims; subhuman status of Kuffar. Limited government by consent of the governed; laws derived by consensus: unlimited government by one self appointed dictator following Qur'an & Sunnah. Freedom of belief & practice: Islam compelled by force. The duty to defend America: Fard Kifaya of offensive Jihad against Israel & western civilization; Fard Ayn when Islam is under attack such as our retaliation in Afghanistan.

Did ya'll read the article? It sounds like he's got some pretty sound principles, doesn't it? He'd stand up for Muslims if things got ugly - I sure hope so. I'd hope McCain, Clinton, heck, even Bush, would protect and defend an innocent minority population if irrational fear and hate occurs.

Or maybe some of you think Muslims (or Jews, homosexuals, Catholics, Mormons, short people, tall people, fat people, diabetics, smokers, nonsmokers, poor people, etc.) should just be treated the same way the Tutsis and Hutus treat each other?

For John Sobieski - the guy went from growing up agnostic (yeah, his father was a non-practicing Muslim, so under Muslim *custom* he's born Muslim ... just like someone born to Jewish parents is Jewish - and we've never seen any of those change religions now, have we?) and became Christian some 20 years ago, which means he believes in the Bible. Personally, I don't think that matters. But it's a somewhat unfortunate fact that inn 2008, this country can have a president who's
- black (potentially Obama)
- female (potentially Clinton)
- catholic (still just JFK)
- mormon (well, Romney's now out)

But there's no way someone who's non-Christian could win the election. About the only other trait that gets that same level of immediate elimination is being gay.

I don't care about a candidate's race. In 2000, I voted for Alan Keyes in the primary.

A Catholic, Jewish, protestant or atheist candidate poses no threat unless he is of bad character or a collectivist/totalitarian.

A Muslim is both a collectivist and a totalitarian, and poses an extreme threat to our way of life. Islam is not a race, neither is it a religion. Islam is a system of predation and manipulation; a way of life which involves preying upon all who do not adhere to it.

The children of a Muslim father must be Muslims; its Islamic law. Obama attended an Indonesian public school for two years, and had mandatory Qur'an class every week. His childhood associates reported that he went to the Mosque to pray.

So he rededicated his life to seeking God's will. Which God? So he believes in Jesus; what does he believe about Jesus? Prophet, Slave of Allah, or son of God & Saviour? We get empty slogans, not details.

He takes pride in his half brother's confirmation of Islam. Why is that a matter of pride?

He supports a Kenyan politician who has agreed to Islamize Kenya and whose followers are slaughtering Christians.

His spiritual mentor associates with arch racist Calypso Louis, and honors him as a great man.

His Senate & campaign staffs include active members of NOI.

He has raised funds for Islamic terrorists.

He has organized support from Muslims, who are obligated to kill him as an apostate.

These are all bad signs, individually, and collectively, they warn the thinking patriot and lover of liberty away from one who will not denounce Islam's tenets of supremicism, triumphalism, Jihad, genocide & terror.

Ben said...

American is not a race, nor simply a nationality. The concept is built upon a foundation of common ideology: a belief in the dignity, equality, and rights of the individual; that no individual is superior to others or endowed with a divine right to rule and dominate them.

Islam is built upon a foundation of Arab superiority, Quraysh superiority among Arabs, Muslim superiority and domination over all Kuffar. Islam subordinates women and religious minorities.

The tenets of Islam are diametrically opposed to those of Americanism. The two are mutually exclusive, not in any way compatible.

You'd better believe I am real; that I have read the Qur'an, Bukhari's Sahih Hadith, much of Muslim, Abu Dawud & Malik's Muwatta; The Prophet Of Doom and Jihad: The Islamic Doctrine of Permanent War.

I have one web site where I make some of those resources available to visitors with links to more. I also have several blogs and guest post on three others.

My blog posts are documented with hyperlinks to authentic Islamic sources.

I have been banned from a handful of forums and continue to be active in several more. Many have claimed to refute what I post; none has ever been able to prove me wrong with relevant, verifiable facts. I refer you to my blog post: "Skewering Pompous AssIdiots".

I am so glad you brought this up, because this quote is actually FICTION! It is a misconstrued sentence in the book. My mother told me not to believe everything I read, I would like to extend this advice to anyone who believed this was true. Obama was talking about Arab and Pakistani Americans who were detained by INS after 9/11.

Here is the actual paragraph:

“Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific reassurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese interments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

The word “them” was exchanged with the word “Muslims” in your quote making it false since he was actually talking about naturalized citizens who were taken into detention or under the threat of being taken into detention because of where they were from. If you recall, Japanese Americans were detained in Internment Camps during WWII.

So thank you for delivering this misquote so it could be corrected.

The pronouns them & they share a common antecedent. Anonymous should take a reading comprehension course.

Your comments above are hilarious.

So much mis-information, propoganda and smear in one place.

Guess you must be REALLY scared that a black man actually has a chance..

Here is my take:

Its red team vs blue team.
Does not matter who the "captains" are.

Red team had full control and screwed us royally.

For the first time in our history, invaded a foreign country without provocation.

Brought shame and disgrace to this great nation of ours.

Raided our national treasury for personal gain.

Fostered ill will all over the free world.

Emboldened our enemies.

Destabilized our economy.

Its abundantly clear GWB is not on the right side of the Lord after all.

Think of all the poor innocent brown people lying dead in the desert, their blood on the hands of the NeoCons that YOU elected.

So guess what. Now its blue teams turn.

God Bless BARRACK OBAMA 08

A soldier of peace in a war against evil.

Gotta love the way people mess with his name, to create imaginary connections with undesirable entities. It merely indicates that they don't have anything of substance to offer.

I'm not a fan of Obama; he simply doesn't impress me. But his middle name is totally irrelevant to his political platform. (Not to mention that not all of the Husseins of the world are nasties. Read up on the late King Hussein of Jordan—who did much to avoid things in that region exploding all to hell over the decades—and lament that he is no longer with us, and that there are not more like him in the world.)

Mangling Obama's name to allude to Osama bin Laden (aka Tim Osman—something else to look up) is an even greater heap of refuse. I'm sure a lot of your names could be mangled into equally scathing allusions.

At any rate, it is all completely irrelevant, and it only influences people who are even more foolish than such ridiculous fallacies make the presenter look.

(Heck! Our current president shares a surname with an early 20th century banker who gave millions of dollars in support to the Nazis. Does that mean that there's a connection? Oh wait; he's his grandson.)

Meanwhile, the other apparent options in this election are not any more appealing—each ticket sporting an experienced fascist and a fluffhead. It seems that the only choice that we have is angle of penetration.

Anonymous, Hussein is an Islamic honorific, a name which would not usually be bestowed by a Kufar parent unless he was sucking up to his Muslim conquerors.

Since Obama's father and step father were both Muslims, Obama is a Muslim under Islamic law.

Islam holds itself supreme as well as superior; the only right path, required for avoidance of Hellfire.

If Obama actually apostasized and converted to Christianity as he claims, he would, if an honorable man, denounce Islam for its damnable doctrines which sanctify & mandate perpetual conquest, genocide & terrorism.

Since he has not done so, I must assume that his conversion was a matter of political expediency, not the real thing.

Why in Hell would we risk electing one of the enemy to be CIC in time of war? The idea is suicidally stupid.

If you have doubt, Scribid has a searchable image of Reliance of the Traveller. Look up Book A4.6 which reveals what Muslims must teach their children.

Turn next to O1.1 and learn how often the Caliph must perform his duty to Allah, then to O9.8 to see what his divine duty is.

Totally agreed... why are you complaining that the author points out Barack Hussein Obama's middle name?? IT IS HIS NAME. Yes it is very unnerving... to have a muslim who we no little to nothing about, and who says he wants to sit down with some of the worst dictators of our time... and have conversation with. This man who twists all his words into mere factual lies. Yes he will bring change... but the change he yields is not a good change. It is socialistic babble... and corrupt lies. This man who claims he understands the common middle class man, yet he himself is beyond wealthy, who claims the public school system is working great, yet sends his kids to private school, who says he tried to warn everyone about the impending economic crisis, yet accepted over $175,000 in payoff money from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac themselves, and helped the democrats defeat the bill that would have stopped Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with a purely partyline vote. Barack Obama is just another corrupt politician.
