Chutzpah, personified

My Islamic opponent Mr. Ghazi has stopped smacking his head on the mosque floor long enough to make some additional comments at our fair site. And no, he's not bothering to apologize for the Mumbai massacre or express any sympathy for the many victims and their families. Nope, Mr. Ghazi has far more important things to do. He needs to rebut my arguments! Or at least try to.

Is it wrong nowadays for a Muslim to forgive those who are not?? ... Regarding killing of apostates, yes it is true. But it's not as simple as what you think. We have strict rules regarding the issue. You have any problem with that? Why should you? You are not considering of becoming a Muslim after all!

Yeah, I have a problem with killing 'apostates', big time. The execution of anyone wanting to leave is Islam is such a monstrosity, that giving it rules and procedures does nothing to cover the blatant injustice of the very idea. To quote an American politician from a different context, it's like putting lipstick on a pig.

"Say : O ye that reject Faith! I worship not that which ye worship,Nor will ye worship that which I worship. And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship,Nor will ye worship that which I worship. To you be your Way, and to me mine".

Mr Ghazi neglects to tell you that this part of his 'holy' book that he quotes has been abrogated, or canceled out by the later and more violent and intolerant 'Medinan' verses. Of course, he fails to realize that killing of apostates, which he admits is true, violates this part of the Quran. But hey, since the verse has been abrogated, Mr. Ghazi has no problem for lining up the apostates against the wall to be shot/hanged/stoned/etc. The alleged forgiveness of Islam or Muslims, it seems, is not extended to anyone wanting out of Islam.

Innocent people are women, elderly, clergymen (priests, nuns, monks, rabbi etc) and children - who are unable to bear arms.

These supposed 'innocents' as described by Mr. Ghazi are not safe, not from the the Jihad or from Muslims who kill in the name of Allah. Here's a recent development from Egypt:

20.000 Muslims attack Coptic Church in Egypt

Nov 28, 2008: One thousand Christians were today trapped inside the Coptic Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary in West Ain Shams, Cairo, after more than twenty thousand Muslims attacked them with stones and butane gas cylinders. The Church’s priest Father Antonious said that the situation is extremely dangerous.

The Muslim mob that attacked the church blocked both sides of the street and encircled the church building, broke its doors and demolished its entire first floor. The mob were chanting Jihad verses as well as slogans saying “we will demolish the church” and “We sacrifice our blood and souls, we sacrifice ourselves for you, Islam”, while the entrapped Christians chanted “Lord have mercy”.

In other news from this past week, Jihadists self detonated at a mosque in Iraq and outside the US Embassy in Kabul, killing civilians in both instances.

Didn't these good Muslims get the memo from the Khilafah folks about who's fair game for the jihad? It all sounds very merciful and forgiving of those Muslims, doesn't it? Of course, incidents like these are as common in Dar al Islam as they are often unreported by the major media. And, it goes without saying, that such incidents of Muslim mob justice and Quranic-inspired violence go uncommented upon, unlamented and uncondemned by any Muslim or any Muslim group.

Indiscriminate killing (e.g. by bombing shopping complexes) is against the teachings of Islam. Whereas killing the army of invaders, be it on the battlefield or in the club, is part of defensive jihad in order to expel them and reclaim the rights of the oppressed.

'An army of invaders', he says. Again, another rhetorical loophole which can mean whatever the bloodyhell one pleases. Many Muslims and cohorts of Mr. Ghazi (and almost certainly, Mr. Ghazi himself) see all of Israel as an 'army of invaders', meaning they're fair game for the so-called 'defensive jihad'. Firing rockets blindly on Israel civilians from Gaza is no problem with Muslims at all...it's 'defensive jihad' dontchasee. But wait, isn't even 'defensive jihad' against your self-declared policy of non violence, Mr. Ghazi?

And as for the 'rights of the oppressed' that he mentions, this is code and I shall translate it. "Oppressed" only means Muslims in his context, never any other group, and Muslims 'rights' means the 'right' to have Islam rule supreme.

As for Sunni-Syiah reconciliation, I am very optimistic about it. I don't have to tell you anything about measures taken in the past, present, and also planned for the future. Not a single word. Don't forget the fact that you are my enemy.

Dear infidel readers, you're supposed to take the Great Reconciliation of Shia ('Syiah') and Sunni on faith, as there's no visible evidence for it in the real world. Not that I'd welcome such developments in any event. But after a thousand years of their feuding and intra-Muslim violence, with Sunni and Shia fighting and killing each other relentlessly, I don't see the inter-factional warfare magically resolving itself anytime soon. If ever. So, when one Muslim blogger claims that it's all about to become 'kumbaiyya' in Islamia, color me a tiny bit skeptical.

Regarding Ahmadiyah, the teaching is deviated from the true Islamic teaching. You are trying to defame Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia. HTI are calling for the ban of the cult and demanding the followers to repent, not for the killing of its members. Try not to view the issue from your biased point of view.

Mr. Ghazi of course holds himself and his movement as the final arbiters of Islamic theology. And you proclaim that Ahmadiyya is a cult now? Whoa, but isn't Islam all about tolerance and 'To you be your Way, and to me mine' and all that? So why the obsession with the so-called 'heretics'? If your movement is supposedly all about tolerance, why can't you Khilafah types just leave the 'cult' alone? And haven't many esteemed clerics and imams declared the Shia to be 'heretics' just like the Ahmadiyyas supposedly are? So, isn't reconciliation with Shia equally as wrong as leaving the Ahmadiyya 'cult' alone?

Those who chanted "Kill, kill, kill" are rather emotional than being rational. I'm all against such act of violence.

You mean you're only now disavowing those calls to violence in Java? Now, talk about chutzpah! It turns out that the wall of separation between Javanese in the Ahmadiyya mosque who shouted 'kill kill' and the Muslims in Mumbai who did 'kill kill'--that separation is gossamer thin.

You want to know what 'good manner' is? Well, one thing for sure, it's not like what we have read in this blog. Referring Muslims as Mohammedans, insulting Prophet Muhammad by calling him as 'Mo', putting Nazi's swastika along with word 'Islam', blaming Islam for some Muslims wrongdoings (which were against Islamic teaching), making false accusations, intentionally mis-interpreting Al-Quran and prophet's tradition so that others will view Islam with hatred etc. are absolutely not part of 'good manner'. That's for sure. Is it that hard for a smart guy like you to figure it out?

It's called 'freedom of speech', a kufr concept I know you either don't know about, don't care to know about, or more likely, a principle you utterly reject. Since I'm your enemy (as you admit) and not a Muslim, Muslim rules absolutely do not apply to me, my contributors, or this blog. And furthermore, you can never impose your brand of totalitarianism on us, even though you clearly want to.

Mr. Ghazi and his ilk, of course, are always going to be far more offended at my presence and my criticism of his ideology, than he will ever be with the indiscriminate killings committed in the name of his Allah (Mumbai et al). In the twisted ethical universe of Islam, rejecting Mohammed is a greater crime than mass murder.

Perhaps you are stuck at the point where I revealed the double-standard act of the champion for democracy and so-called 'freedom' - United States of America..? The imperialistic nature of US (and her allies), and the ugly truth of capitalism are hard for you to swallow??

I'll take American freedom and American capitalism any day over Islam and its brand of imperialism. If wanton violence against Copts in Cairo or the mass murders in Mumbai doesn't demonstrate the ugly truth about Islam, then I don't know what could.

You have lost the war of idea, that's why you guys changed tactics and started to make fool of yourselves by making blind accusations, intended mis-interpretations and blatant lies against Islam.

Mr. Ghazi thinks he's won the war of ideas. Would any of our readers care to comment on that?

A Muslim response to the Mumbai massacre

The guns in Mumbai have finally fallen silent. The well equipped and disciplined jihadists, despite being heavily outnumbered, held off everything the Indian security forces could throw at them for nearly three days. The death toll stands at 195 and is likely to go higher as the burned-out buildings and other battlegrounds in Mumbai are carefully searched. The investigation thus far finds the logistical trail for this 'martyrdom operation' leading back to (where else) Pakistan, which is the center for all things jihad in south Asia.

Does any remember one 'Farouk Peru', my old nemesis, Muslim 'scholar' and jihad apologist? Last year he and I had a series of dueling columns at Malaysia Today. Well, he's back and has surfaced with a letter that spells out his thoughts on the recent actions of his co-religionists. His letter and thoughts thus revealed are so absurd and laughable, I have to respond.

(the) Mumbai massacre was a heinous act perpetrated by those who can scarcely call themselves human beings. I wonder just what kind of psychopathic illness can bring about such a state of mind that one can slaughter other people like that.

The illness you are wondering about is called 'Seventh Century Arabian Bandit' or SCAB syndrome, AKA 'Islam'.

I would like to ask though, is it really Muslims who are behind this merciless massacre of over 120 innocent people? I don't know but does it matter at all?

Does it matter? The fact that he's asking this sort of question, even rhetorically, tells us all we need to know as to what sort of logical circumlocutions are required to be a Muslim nowadays. It's almost like he's saying, don't bother investigating this or any other terror attack, because he already knows where the trail of culpability will lead. Or perhaps, he'd rather that no one knew who the guilty are.

When the Islamophobes who attack guys like me commit their dastardly deed, they will not stop to ask 'Excuse me Mr Muslim, are you supportive of terrorist acts'. They will not even stop to ask me if I am a Muslim or not. Simply because I look the part, I will get my head kicked in, no questions asked.

The bodies of the dead have yet to grow cold, and already, this great Islamic thinker is hurtling accusations of 'Islamophobia' at, well, everywhere and everyone. In the Islamic ethical universe, 'Islamophobia' is a crime as great if not greater than the just-committed acts of mass murder.

So perceptions matter. Whether or not Muslims are behind the Mumbai massacre of 2008, if the people think they are behind it, the repercussions will be the same. Heads kicked in, no questions, no mercy.

We don't have to 'think' that Muslims did this in the name of Islam. We know for certain that they did. As for not being merciful, I think that the evil kufr that you so love to criticize, even now, are far more merciful to Muslims than Muslims can ever be to infidels. You yourself, Mr. Farouk, live in the abode of a kufr land (the UK), amongst the heathens, and what happens? You are allowed to stay there in peace, to practice and yes even free to spread that intolerant and hate-filled ideology of yours. Meanwhile, Muslim terrorists in Mumbai and elsewhere gun down, blow up or otherwise murder innocent civilians, including women and children. And you have the chutzpah to talk about mercy? What gives you the right?

Grim, yes but as Muslims, what can we do about this?

Oh golly, what can Muslims do about all this? I have some ideas.

How about ceasing and desisting with ridiculous conspiracy theories, like that 9-11, Beslan, and other Muslim terror attacks were committed by Jews, the CIA or some other group of kufr to 'make Muslims/Islam look bad'?

How about denouncing and disowning Muslim terrorists and terror groups by name? Sweeping, specifics-free, loophole-laden statements like denouncing 'all terrorism' ala Muhammed Ghazi are meaningless at best, disingenuous at worst.

How about accepting responsibility for a change and apologizing for numerous Muslim acts of terror that occur somewhere on the planet every single day? The outrages of Mumbai are not an aberrant event, like Mr. Farouk seems to think they are--there have been over 12,000 Muslim terrorist acts since 9-11. Has Farouk or any other of his co-religionists EVER apologized for even one of them?

How about Muslims not lionize and treat murdering jihadists like Azahari, Arafat and Amrozi like heroes and rock stars?

How about explaining to us dumb kufr why Muslim terrorists use numerous Quranic verses to justify there acts?

There are 200 or more dead in Mumbai tonight and where is the Muslim outrage? Cartoons in Denmark brought Malaysians and Muslims everywhere on the streets in outrage, but a pile of dead bodies in Mumbai or Beslan or Madrid or London or countless other places elicits no visible Muslim outrage whatsoever.

Even now, Farouk seems much more concerned with 'Islamophobia' -this is the word he repeats over and over in his letter. Does he apologize, empathize with the victims, condemn the guilty, or try to figure out how to stop the next Muslim atrocity? Of course not--THAT would be Islamophobic.

Islam's Ugly Face Striking Again

Again, Islam has shown its ugly face in the ongoing terrorist attack in Mumbai. My thoughts are with all the ones who lost loved ones (it goes without saying that I am not including the terrorists, their supporters and kin). My heart goes out to the victims.

To all German speaking readers I would like to recommend the following book: "Djihad und Judenhass" by Matthias Küntzel; the author's website is here (partly in English).

Downtown Mumbai still a combat zone

Thirty six hours after the launch of a brazen and murderous rampage upon the unsuspecting metropolis of Mumbai, combat still continues. The 9-11 attacks, horrendous as they were, at least were over in a couple of hours. Now, the jihadists have taken their ongoing assault on civilization to a whole new level. The death toll is about 120 at this hour, with hundreds more maimed and injured...but these numbers will likely rise much higher by the time it's all over.

A little more info is known about the Islamic attackers, but not much. The number of jihadists in the assault force seems to have numbered 20 to 30, which in conventional military terms, is about platoon strength (some reports say 50-60 terrorists). The attackers seem well financed and equipped, with radios, RDX (military grade high explosives), assault rifles, grenades, and thousands of rounds of ammunition. They apparently were inserted into the target zone by sea--perhaps by speedboats coming from a 'mother ship' offshore--as downtown Mumbai is a peninsula with water on three sides. Months of planning and reconnaissance were clearly involved in this 'martyrdom' operation. Someone obviously did their homework in gathering intel here, and how it all happened is likely to emerge in the weeks and months ahead.

At the moment, the Indian security forces are conducting what amounts to a counter-insurgency operation in the heart of their financial and commercial capital. Imagine a two day firefight on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, with hostages, and you get the idea. If any of the jihadists are captured alive, I don't expect the Indians to be too concerned with 'honoring their civil rights'--a critical weakness that infects most counterterror operations throughout the western world. The Indians will extract whatever information they can from their Muslim prisoners by any means at their disposal, political correctness be damned.

This is not a criminal act--this is an act of war. Despite the news that the jihadists were looking for Jews, Britons and Americans to kill, most of the dead and wounded are going to be Indians. India is a democracy, and the outraged Indians are going to demand that their government respond and make someone pay.

Jihad strikes India with a vengeance

Islam and Islamic terrorists have declared war upon the West and Dar al Harb. Inexplicably, the world treats each attack separately, and not part of a larger war. What else do Islamic terrorists have to do to be dealt with as the global menace they truly are?

The latest attacks have occurred in the heart of Mumbai, India's commercial and chief financial center, as well as a major tourist destination. News reports are sketchy at this early hour, but the media is reporting that "gunmen" have made coordinated attacks in at least nine separate locations, including train stations, five-star hotels, restaurants and even hospitals. As I write this, the Taj Hotel, a major five star hotel for western tourists in Mumbai, is under siege and on fire (see photo).

The "gunmen" apparently targeted Westerners, particularly Americans and Brits, and may be holding hostages in at least two major hotels in central Mumbai. The death toll is at least 78 with hundreds more injured. The terrorists have detonated bombs, fired automatic weapons and used grenades on large crowds. The police were attacked head on as well, and the top anti terror police officer in Mumbai is among the dead.

The media may only be using the generic term "gunmen" for the moment. However, from the deadly modus operandi, coordinated assaults and the targets selected, it's clear the murdering b*stards must be followers of the Religion of PeaceTM.

How should infidels respond? Belmont Club writer Richard Fernandez writes:

Now maybe if Israel just withdrew from Gaza, the West Bank or simply vanished from the face of the earth, none of this would happen. Or maybe if the West apologized for something, anything, name it … then none of this would happen. Try anything, because the alternative is to resist. And that will never do.

Perhaps we should all advocate Mr. Ghazi's dystopian vision for a global Caliphate and for everyone to convert to Wahhabi Islam. That should definitely address the 'root causes' of Islamic terrorism. Shouldn't it?

Robert Spencer's latest book-- 'Stealth Jihad'

Acclaimed counterjihad author and scholar Robert Spencer has another tome out, 'Stealth Jihad- How Radical Islam is Subverting America without Guns or Bombs'. From the inside flap:

Most terrorism experts agree: it is not "if" we are attacked again, but "when." Yet the assault has already happened. A silent battle is being waged on our nation everyday. Not with guns and bombs, but via covert sources: Islamic charities, the ACLU--even presidential candidates. They are all pawns in a stealth holy war. Unwittingly advancing the jihadist agenda not by violence, but through endeavors designed to acclimate and subject us to Islamic law--just the way Osama bin Laden wants it. In Stealth Jihad, bestselling author Robert Spencer exposes how a silent but lethal movement is advancing on the U.S. and calls upon Americans to resist it--before it's too late.

Here Mr. Spencer discusses his new book on CBN, which, sad to say, is about the only TV network willing to give him airtime.

Update from the black hole called the DPRK

There are some developments going on in the black hole just to the north of here....a combination of the sadistic, the crazy, the megalomaniacal, and just plain tragic. Think of North Korea as a train wreck in agonizingly slow motion:

North Korean leader Kim Jong Il is apparently alive, and apparently incapacitated. Various factions in the government are maneuvering to grab power. The Chinese are involved, backing at least one faction. Chinese and South Korean businessmen who still get into North Korea indicate that there are lot of nervous and scared people up north at the moment. The North Korean government has released photos of Kim Jong Il out and about. But some of these photos are obvious fakes, and none of them is conclusive "proof of life".

Meanwhile, Kim Jong Ils brother-in-law, Jang Song Taek, is apparently running the country, That makes sense, because Jang Song Taek runs the secret police, and in communist police states, the main job of the secret police is to make sure everyone, including the police and military, do as they are told. That said, Jang Song Taek does not appear to have enough clout to take over as the supreme leader, and is more likely to form a coalition with other factions (from the army, national police, Communist Party and any other politicians or officials who appear to have juice). All is has an air of rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic, as the North Korean economy continues to collapse, and the food situation is getting worse.

Up north (in the DPRK), it's time for the annual mass executions at the slave labor camps. These are believed to be about fifty of these prisons up north, holding nearly 300,000 prisoners in the "Reeducation" system. People caught trying to leave the country, or doing forbidden things like viewing foreign videos or TV, are sent to the camps, which are basically industrial enterprises. The camps are very profitable, as little is spent on caring for the prisoners. The camps also contain common criminals, some serving life sentences. But most are serving 1-5 years, as these will then go home and serve as a living example of why you should not mess with the state.

But each year, at about this time, the prisoners are forced to witness the mass execution of twenty or more of the "most troublesome" prisoners. It's believed the number killed will be larger this year, because of the larger prisoner population (50 percent greater than a few years ago), and food shortages. Surviving in these camps, for more than a decade, is becoming more and more difficult. Common criminals are being released earlier, as the camps fill up with more people accused of "disloyalty" (for trying to get out of North Korea, run a business, or complain about living conditions.)

More about these camps is known as more former prisoners, and guards, escape to South Korea, and tell their stories. South Koreans no longer dismiss these stories as delusions, no matter how bizarre they are. In any event, the North Korean Reeducation Camps are no different than those found in China, the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. The annual execution of prisoners, to ease overcrowding, was something Saddam Hussein used regularly in Iraq.

Tyrannies, once you take away the labels like 'Allah', the 'Proletariat', etc, all have the same malodorous qualities. That's something that laughable leftwing hack from The Star is not going to bother writing about or admitting anytime soon.

A tale of two protests in Kuala Lumpur

KL has seen a fair number of protests lately. This was one of them:

Representatives from an umbrella body of Malay and Muslim non-governmental organisations lodged five police reports Sunday over several issues which they claimed endangered Muslim and Malay unity.

The Heritage Associations, Malay Cultural Organisations and Related Bodies Cooperation Network (Pewaris) urged the Government to act against groups which are asking for the abolition of the Internal Security Act (ISA).

...Later, about 500 of the coalition’s members held a peaceful gathering outside their meeting place at Wisma Sejarah before going to the Jalan Tun Razak police station to lodge their reports.

So, let me get this straight. Five hundred Muslims gather in the heart of KL, supporting the government and in turn the ISA. Even though the Malaysian police have said before that public gatherings of four or more are illegal, the police arrested no one. Perhaps like the UMNO protests in support of the Tamil Tigers earlier this month, these folks didn't really need a police permit.

Now compare that police response--or lack thereof--to the way the cops responded to another protest (see photo above) on the same day in the same city:

KUALA LUMPUR: Nine people, including PAS vice-president Mohamad Sabu and its Youth chief Salahudin Ayub, were arrested when they took part in an illegal anti-ISA gathering in Pandan Indah.

They were among 200 people who had gathered at Dataran MPAJ last night to listen to a ceramah by PKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang and PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang.

At 9pm, the police surrounded them and they were asked to leave. Mohamad was heard telling the crowd that the ceramah had to be cancelled but another one would be held in the Selayang stadium on another day.

“We can’t even hold a gathering in a Pakatan Rakyat state,” Mohamad told the crowd.

A scuffle then ensued when Federal Reserve Unit personnel shouted at the group to disperse before the nine, aged between 30 and 50, were arrested.

PKR information chief Tian Chua said those arrested were taken to the Pandan Indah police station.

“It is double standards practised by the authorities,” he said, noting that no action was taken on the demonstration by Pewaris earlier in the day.

Double standards? In Malaysia? You mean, like yoga is ok for the kufr and not for the Slaves of Allah? Or that you're free to demonstate, as long as it's sanctioned by or in support of the ruling party UMNO?

Islam is a system of duality--one standard for Muslims and another for everyone else--an ideological system with no Golden Rule. This blatant and repeated hypocrisy at the heart of Malaysia's national life is the inevitable result.

Top Malaysian Islamic body--no yoga for Muslims

Modern moderate Malaysia's Muslims have done it again:

Top Islamic body: Yoga is not for Muslims

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) -- Malaysia's top Islamic body on Saturday ruled against Muslims practicing yoga, saying it had elements of other religions that could corrupt Muslims.

he National Fatwa Council's non-binding edict said yoga involves not just physical exercise but also includes Hindu spiritual elements, chanting and worship.

"It is inappropriate. It can destroy the faith of a Muslim," Council chairman Abdul Shukor Husin told reporters.

He noted that clerics in Egypt issued a similar edict in 2004 that called the practice of yoga "an aberration."

Though the council's decisions are not legally binding on Malaysia's Muslim population, many abide by the edicts out of deference, and the council does have the authority to ostracize an offending Muslim from society.

The Malaysia fatwa reflects the growing strain of conservatism in Malaysia, which has always taken pride in its multi-ethnic population. About 25 percent of Malaysians are ethnic Chinese and 8 percent ethnic Indians, mostly Hindus.

Recently, the council issued an edict banning tomboys, ruling that girls who act like boys violate the tenets of Islam.

Certainly, the fatwa is called for. See how vulnerable the Perfect Faith is to the evil kufr? Yoga is merely aping the dreaded polytheists of India, of which every good slave of Allah knows are enemies of the Religion of Peace! Now with this righteous decision in place, the Mohammedans can concentrate on more important issues, like the jihad and creating more and more Muslims (by procreation, conversion or marriage). I'm sure my Mohammedan 'friends' like Mr. Ghazi would agree, right guys?

Retired Malaysian judge admits there's no religious freedom

Retired Malaysian judges have had a lot to say as of late. First, one says that he wants to kill off civil law and have only sharia used in Malaysia (and eventually the whole world). Now, another judge has come out and admitted what has always been true for Muslims, not just in Malaysia, but in all Muslim-run states:

Religous (sic) freedom does not apply to Muslims here, says retired judge

PUTRAJAYA, Nov 19 (Bernama) -- The concept of religous freedom does not apply to Muslims in the country, a retired high court judge told an international seminar here.

Datuk Faiza Tamby Chik said, as far as enacted law was concerned, it was clear that it was not easy for one to abandon the practices of the faith.

Citing the case of Lina Joy's renunciation of Islam, Faiza said the high court in its decision ruled that a Malay under Article 160(2) of the Federal Constitution remained in the Islamic faith until his or her dying days.

"The said Malay cannot renounce his or her religion through a deed poll and seek a declaration by virtue of Article 11 of the Federal Constitution," he said when delivering a working paper entitled, 'Malay and Islam in Malaysian Constitution' at the two-day International Seminar on Comparative Laws (ISCOM 2008) which ended today.

Speakers from universities in Sydney, Syria, the Philippines participated at the seminar which was organised by Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia whose speakers also took part.

Faiza is a distinguished Fellow in Faculty of Syariah and Law from the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia.

On the high court decision, he said the court also held that even if one was a non-Malay and embraced Islam and become a Muslim convert (mualaf) and later decided to leave the Islamic faith, he or she was still required to report and see the relevant State Islamic Authority which would decide on the renunciation of Islam.

The story comes from Bernama, the official taqiyya and whitewashing arm of the Malaysian government. Apparently they forgot to spell check their own headline.

So, it is now official, folks. The promises of religious freedom enshrined in the Malaysian constitution and the UN Declaration of Human Rights (of which Malaysia is a signatory) are worthless. Malays, your own government tells you that your lives do not belong to you.

There cannot be a more crystal clear example than this of how Islam enslaves and takes away the freedom of all who are unfortunate or foolish enough to be ensnared within its grasp.

A rebuttal to Mr. Ghazi

The following is my response to a comment recently left here by the Islamic blogger, Caliphate agitator, and my opponent, ‘Muhammed Ghazi’. His words are in italics with my responses following.

You may label me with anything you wanted to. It's understandable. As a Muslim, I forgive you for your sarcastic remarks on me. But let me make my stands clear for all of you regarding certain issues that AJ had mentioned in this post.

Wow, you forgive me? Just like that? Funny, I didn’t think the Mohammedans were all that focused on forgiveness, and all that stuff about turning the other cheek. There’s still that standing ‘kill’ order against Sir Salman Rushdie (since 1990) and those official Malaysian religious textbooks that call for any Muslim apostates (i.e. ex-Muslims) to be killed. Doesn’t sound very forgiving to me. I don’t think your meaning of ‘forgiveness’ matches what most everyone else knows it to mean.

1. I totally denounce bombings and killings of innocent public (sic), be it Muslim or non-Muslim. The struggle in the name of Islam (for the establishment of the rule of Islam in this world) should be done in intellectual and non-violent manner.

Your over-generalized, loophole-laden, specifics-free denunciation is meaningless. What exactly constitutes an ‘innocent’ or ‘innocent public’ (sic)? Mr. Ghazi doesn’t say. Presumably, to Mr. Ghazi’s line of thinking, a suicide bomber self-detonating in a nightclub full of, say, off-duty IDF personal is perfectly acceptable. Mr. Ghazi will also of course never get around to condemning any specific Islamic terrorist group or terrorist by name. This duplicitous behavior, called ‘taqiyya’ and permitted by Islamic ideology and jurisprudence, is a typical smokescreen from the followers of the prophet Mo. Spare us your taqiyya, Mr. Ghazi.

2. For the so-called sectarian violence, we are working as hard as we can to re-unite the Sunnis and Shiites under the banner of Islam. Measures has (sic) been taken at various levels to reconcile the opposing sides.

Do tell, what ‘measures’ have been taken? Talk, my esteemed Muslim opponent, is cheap. Can a Shia mosque be built in Kuala Lumpur, or a Sunni Mosque be built in Teheran? Of course not…not now and not for decades to come, if prior experience is any guide. And how about the recent redoubled persecutions of the Ahmadiyya Muslims in Indonesia and elsewhere, led by Islamic clerical groups like MUI? To wit, one recent incident in Java saw a frenzied mass of Sunni rioters (who shouted ‘kill kill’ and other choice epithets) attack an Ahmadiyya mosque. The group of Ahmadiyya Muslims inside was forced to flee for their very lives. This act of insanity, intolerance and violence was condemned by no one, certainly by no one in your Religious Dictatorship (aka ‘Khilafah’) movement which enjoys strong support in Indonesia.

3. You are free to criticize Islam, BUT make sure that it is done in a good manner unlike what we saw in this blog. But, in my humble opinion, before we move on discussing about the peripheral issues concerning Islam, it would be wise that we discuss about the fundamental issues first.

Ah, a favorite word used by the silver-tongued apologists of Islam—the word ‘but’ (emphasis added above). Criticize Islam in a ‘good manner’, you say? You mean do the criticizing in whatever manner you proclaim to be acceptable? The exact meaning of ‘good manner’ is as slippery as a greased pig at a county fair. So, thanks but no thanks—I’m going to keep speaking truth to power, no matter how much it annoys you and your fellow jihadists.

The fundamental issue here is, and will continue to be, Islam’s inhumanity and anti-human philosophy. It’s an ideology my co-bloggers and I completely and utterly reject. And it’s the point we will keep hammering on and showing to all, here and elsewhere. I don’t expect you to agree with me on the peripherals or fundamentals or anything else. Tough luck--deal with it.

4. Regarding the leveling of churches and temples, I am opposed to such moves. If you study Islam neutrally (and not biased by your hatred & prejudice), you will find that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prohibits the demolition of ritual sites (i.e. churches, temple, synagogue etc.).

Are you joking? Church, temple and synagogue destruction (or their outright ban) in the Islamic world is so engrained in the Muslim membrane, it’s virtually a spectator sport. Muslim destruction of holy sites that belong to other belief systems is a time-honored Islamic tradition that goes back 14 centuries. When a Hindu temple was most recently leveled in KL, in September 2008, on a typically razor-thin pretext, where were all the Muslims to protest this supposedly un-Islamic act? Oh, that’s right, there weren’t any.

It’s not just Malaysia where Muslims systematically target non-Muslim houses of worship. In ‘moderate’ Indonesia, from 1945 to 1998 there were 516 church buildings closed down, damaged or burned to the ground--and it was all committed by Muslims. How many Muslims or Muslim groups have condemned these decades of oppression and persecution committed by their coreligionists in Islam's name? Zilch, zip, zero, nada. If the rate of such demolitions slows down, it’s usually because the Muslims run out of churches, temples, etc. in a particular area to wipe out. And of course, a destroyed Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, or Hindu holy site, once leveled, is not allowed to be rebuilt under long-standing laws that are in force in virtually every Muslim country. These laws are also unchallenged and unopposed by any Muslim group.

“By their fruits ye shall know them,” goes the Biblical saying, meaning that the essential goodness of someone or something is determined not so much by words as by tangible results. Muslim deeds speak far more lucidly than the disingenuous words of apologists and prevaricators like Mr. Ghazi. The Muslim track record is a dismal 1400-year-long string of hatred, violence, destruction, intolerance, aggression, deception, and terror, all committed in the name of their prophet and god. Mr. Ghazi’s rhetorical flourishes cannot cover the stink that emanates from his faith. The truth cannot be hidden any more.

It's almost like the Muslims want me to shut up or something

My esteemed opponent and Islamic blogger Mr. Ghazi recently made comment about me (a bit disparaging, I'm afraid) at a pro-Jihad website called 'al-Fikrah' (aka AFN). I'm not going bother linking to it--google it if you want to go there--and it's mostly in Bahasa Melayu. But anyways, once I saw the relevant comment thread, I of course immediately registered at the site and joined the conversation about yours truly. More consternation to the enemy, of course--Ghazi even mentioned how perhaps I should be reported to the mighty Royal Malaysian police. Oh golly? Mr. Ghazi, you mean the noble 'defenders of Islam' at JAKIM and JAIS aren't already doing a bang-up job defending your 'perfect religion'?

The Muslims, needless to say, were not amused. Hey Ghazi, if you're reading this, I noticed that you and your friends at AFN already suspended my account AND deleted the thread you started about me. It took you guys four entire hours to suspend my account? What took you so long? You think you guys at AFN can have your religious dictatorship--I mean caliphate--and take over the world if you move so slow?

Ghazi and his cohorts say they welcome 'criticism' of Mohammedanism as long as I "remember my manners"...or something like that. Disingenuous, isn't it? Remember friends, actions speak louder than words. Their actions already have proven that they certainly don't want some kufr polluting the proceedings over at their head-smackin' Islam-lovin' echo chamber.

A shot across the bow

Recently I took upon myself to leave a fawning remark at a Malay-Pro Muslim blog. This blog has honored PI by referring to us as 'Enemies of Islam"...although the addle-minded Malay blogger calls us 'Pedestrian Infidels".

Well, this particular blogger on the Opposing Force (OPFOR)--who naturally goes under the name Muhammed--has been shaken out of his Allah-willed stupor long enough to respond.

A Visit by the antijihadist

It has been quite some time since my last visit to the Pedestrian Infidel. And now (yesterday), one of the authors (the antijihadist) visited my blog and commented on one of my post (Seminar Krisis Ekonomi Global HTM) with a dose of sarcasm. I won’t be affected by his/her comment at all. It’s not something unusual for a person whose views towards Islam are based on hatred (rather than understanding) to give such comment.

Feel free to read and enjoy the comments at the aforementioned post, where I've left some more of my heinous 'hatred'.

The mark of a true Muslim is to call any criticism or rejection of their ideology as 'hatred'. Whereas, of course, Muslims leveling churches and temples, Islamic persecution of Christians, Hindus, Jews, pagans, atheists, etc., and even the vicious and continuous Muslim persecution of other Muslims and Muslim sects (i.e. Shias oppressed by Sunnis, vice versa, etc.) is never considered 'hatred'. And never mind what the more violent Jihadists are doing, their savage bombings and killings which occur somewhere in the world on a daily basis. That seems to not concern my Muslim opponents at all. Why should it? After all, Jihadists are just good Muslims, doing Allah's work, terrorizing the infidels, and bringing a worldwide religious dictatorship a bit closer to fruition. It certainly wouldn't bother anyone who blogs under the name 'Muhammed Ghazi'.

Anyways, I enjoy causing some consternation to the OPFOR. I look forward to the continued skimishing.

Retired Malaysian chief justice wants to dump civil law

A former Chief Justice of Malaysia has come out and openly advocated what I've long suspected--he wants to dump civil law in favor of (what else) Sharia. Of course, this jihad jurist is phrasing the proposed death of civil law very dishonestly, by describing it as a 'merging' of Shariah and civil law. I suppose that, ahem, delicate turn of phrase is accurate, as long as one describes saltwater crocodiles and their human prey 'merging' as the crocs devour their hapless victims.

Former CJ sees merging of Syariah, common law courts

PUTRAJAYA: Retired Chief Justice Tun Abdul Hamid Mohamad forsees the possibility of a merging of the common law courts and Syariah courts in a Muslim-majority country.

He said the combination of the two courts would harmonise common law and Syariah law principles in dealing with conflicting laws and jurisdiction of both courts escalating from interfaith cases.

“The same judges may hear the two types of cases. Non-Muslim lawyers will be arguing Islamic law issues, just like non-Muslim experts in Islamic Banking and Islamic Finance are already doing now.”

He said in his lecture at the Abd Al-Razzaq Al-Shanhuri Lecture, Islamic Legal Studies Programme at the Harvard Law School in the United States on Nov 6. The text of his lecture was released in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.

Abdul Hamid was one of four people invited to give the lecture which he described as “the greatest gift for my retirement.”

In his lecture titled, “Harmonisation of Syariah and Common Law in Malaysia: A Practical Approach,” Abdul Hamid said the Syariah courts here had absorbed the principles of common law which were not contradictory to its principles.

He said the same would happen in other countries. (emphasis added)

Note, my American friends...this Malaysian gave this proposal in the United States, at Harvard no less. Like any good Muslim, Abdul does not want to confine his 'legal reform' solely to his own country, but to spread it worldwide. What better place to start than the Great Satan?

The source does not bother going into detail about the sort of response His Honor got from his American audience. But in the hallowed halls of American academia, softened up by decades of leftist-progressive-politically correct nonsense, Abdul is going to find plenty of people receptive if not downright welcoming to his message. Few in a typical US university setting will question the ridiculous Islamic notion that shariah is somehow compatible with common law. (They aren't).

Abdul Hamid's dangerous Islamic ideas should be treated by Americans for what they really are--as sedition. Shariah and Islam are inimically hostile to every ideal that America was founded on.

Another terrorist group picks up Malaysian support

The list of terror groups that enjoy support in Malaysia (official or otherwise) continues to grow. Yesterday, I wrote on how Al Qaeda and Jemaah Islamiyah enjoy unfettered recruiting on various college campuses in the country--the majority Chinese-Malaysian political party DAP would get turned away if they tried to go to UTM, but Al Qaeda? Hey, no problem.

Also, Malaysian PM Badawi has gone and personnally shaken the hands of the thugs who run Hamas (and followed it up with cash), and he also regularly hosts the lil' monkey of Teheran.

Now Malaysia's ruling party BN (which the Malaysian Indian Congress or MIC is a part of) have thrown their support behind another terror group, and it might surprise you to find out which lucky band of terrorists got the nod this week. Or maybe not.

MIC Youth protests against Sri Lanka offensive

(Malaysiakini) MIC Youth led a second demonstration outside the Sri Lankan embassy in Kuala Lumpur today - opposing the country’s military offensive against their northern province’s Tamil minority.

The first sentence in the article is flat wrong and it's all downhill from there. It's not a military offensive against the Tamil minority themselves-- it's an offensive against the military forces of the LTTE--the Tamil Tigers, the force that's been battling the Sri Lankan government to partition that island for decades.

Hundreds of MIC Youth members, party supporters and NGO representatives were bussed in from all over the country for the protest.

All at taxpayer expense, I'm sure.

This time they were joined by about 200 Putera Umno members led by Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim. There were also small representations from the youth wings of Gerakan, PPP and MCA. Last Friday MIC Youth had similar but smaller demonstration at the same site.

At about 3pm, the crowd armed with placards and banners marched some 100 metres towards the Sri Lankan embassy and gathered there for about 30 minutes. At that point the crowd had swollen to about 1,000 people, including children.

Support the Tamil Tigers! Fun for the whole family! Bring the kids!

Oh, and a police permit? They're BN--they dont need no steenking permit. That's just for the little people.

The event was closely watched by 50 police personnel who did not intervene except to halt the protestors 50 metres from the embassy.

Asked if a police permit had been obtained for the protest, Murugesan did not give a direct answer.

"We have applied for it… We were told in that in principle, they (the police) have agreed," he said.

The police have come under fire of late after a series of crackdown on opposition or NGO organised public rallies while allowing BN-linked organisations to gather without police hassle.

MIC won't bothering telling anyone that it's the LTTE that is now forcibly drafting all males from ages 12 to 50 to fight at the front line. Any Tamil who refuses or tries to escape this conscription gets beaten, tortured and sometimes just shot out of hand. LTTE also pioneered the use of suicide bombers over 20 years ago, and then passed along the knowledge to Badawi's buddies in Hamas and elsewhere.

This is a very curious cause that the MIC has decided to take up. So, by choosing to support the Tamil Tigers, BN in effect supports a terrorist group banned in over 30 countries.

Welcome to Malaysia--a country where protesting the draconian laws, or writing about crooked politicians who lie, cheat, plunder, and maintain said laws, are illegal acts that 'threaten national security' and warrants mass arrests...and turning out en mass to support a foreign terrorist organization is perfectly legal.

Jihadist recruiting active at UTM and elsewhere in Malaysia

Gleaned this enlightening info from the net. Much of this I already knew; this source from Australia merely confirms it:

The success of the Hizb ut-Tahrir group in Malaysia was seen as potentially a major “radicalising influence” that Australia should keep an eye on.

Dedicated to establishing Islamic rule by overthrowing Western governments, Hizb ut-Tahrir is established in Sydney and has been recruiting new members at local university campuses.

The New South Wales Government publicly asked for the organisation to be banned last year, but then-federal attorney-general Philip Ruddock rejected the calls.

“According to Western diplomats and Malaysian political commentators, the group has already made inroads into Malay society and is now actively recruiting from prominent tertiary education institutions such as the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM),” the report said.

It said the university was “a significant past source of both al-Qaeda and JI militants”.

It shouldn't surprise anyone in Malaysia that the jihad continues to find fertile ground--not to mention a lot of recruits--in Malaysia. Remember, Malaysia is a country where you find politicians like this guy and police chiefs like this guy (who both threaten kufr to not criticize Islam).

Even though the politician is nominally in the opposing political coalition and the police general is nominally non-political, both in reality fight for the same cause. That cause is Islam.

An interview with a Malaysian jihadist

Malaysian Member of Parliament (MP) Zulkifli Nordin (in photo) tries his level best to look reasonable, speak softly and present his religion, Islam, in the best possible light.

He’s also the same man who led an unruly Muslim mob into a Malaysian Bar Council meeting on religious freedom earlier this year and forcibly broke up the proceedings.

Well, in a recent media interview in Malaysia Today, this, ahem, humble public servant tries to clear up the, uh, misunderstanding and perform a little damage control in the process. There is allegedly no ‘compulsion’ in Islam, anyone can theoretically leave Islam, and golly, it’s just a swell religion that’s been tragically misunderstood.

Don’t be fooled. The interview is clearly a slick and carefully crafted piece of Islamist propaganda, pure and simple. I would trust this guy as far as I could throw him...I am not convinced or comforted at all. Nor should anyone else.

For starters, if there's no 'compulsion' in Islam, then why the need for Jakim (Islamic lifestyle police), Syariah courts and the like? Why the need for coercion? Aren’t these coercive mechanisms exactly the compulsion that Zulkifli claims to abhor so much? That Islam supposedly abhors as well? If Islam is really supposed to be about free will, then why does virtually every majority Muslim country have a government-supported muttawa-type lifestyle police force with sweeping police powers? Well?

If Zulkifli really wanted to put his money where his mouth is, then he would back the idea of dissolving Jakim and Islamic courts, and ending the lavish taxpayer support for Islamic religious police, and imams and Syariah judges on government payrolls, tens of thousands of people who take their salaries and produce little to no worthy service in return. But of course, Zulkifli will say no such thing.

And then Zulkifli talks about how anyone who wants to be an apostate (i.e. free of Islam) just has to subject himself/herself to a 'procedure' of going to the Syariah courts and 'applying' to be one. What this Muslim apologist neglects to tell you (of course) is how demeaning, lengthy, intrusive and unjust this entire 'procedure' is--full of psychological torture, intimidation, arm-twisting, etc...all carried out in so-called 'religious rehab' facilities where the unfortunate soul is isolated from family and friends. And then there are other very real hardships these people face, like threats to one's livelihood, loss of income and property, etc.

If Islam is against 'compulsion in religion', then why should anyone be compelled to endure a humiliating 'mechanism' when no crime has been committed? Oh I almost forgot, in Islam, apostasy IS a crime; and in Malaysia, apostasy from Islam is also a crime in at least five states (Perak, Malacca, Sabah, Terengganu, and Pahang). So I won't hold my breath waiting for Zulkifli and his ilk to denounce these inconvenient facts.

And Zulkifli also won't tell you that virtually no one has ever been granted permission to leave Islam in Malaysia. For sake of argument, assume for a moment our wanna-be apostate can endure years of fighting the Islamic courts, years of abuse and torture in ‘religious rehabilitation’ and isn’t bankrupted in the process. The chance of our applicant actually being approved is almost nil. If memory serves, there have been two Malaysians who were granted this right--one was already dead, and the other had converted ('reverted') to Islam in adulthood by marriage. No 'natural born' Malaysian Muslim has ever been given official permission to leave Islam while still breathing.

Lastly, Zulkifli talks about how the rights of non Muslims must be 'protected'. Protected from who, exactly? If Islam is all sweetness and light, why would the hapless kufr need 'protection' in the first place? When non Muslims are persecuted and bullied, when Hindus have the bodies of their deceased loved ones taken away, or Christians have their churches bulldozed, all on the slimmest of pretexts, who's doing the body snatching and bulldozing? Last time I checked, Mr. Zulkifli, it wasn't the Buddhists.

Zulkifli may be a thoughtful-looking, soft-spoken natty dresser who says the right things when the tape recorder is rolling. But never forget that this man is in fact a jihadist who wants precisely the same things that his more violent coreligionists bomb and kill for--i.e. a worldwide Caliphate that is ruled by Syariah law. This is what Zulkifli means when he says over and over "Islam for all".

I don't know what Malaysians want, but no thanks, Mr. Zulkifli. I don't want the dreck that you're shoveling.

When singing your national anthem is a criminal act

Last weekend, the Malaysian goon squads police arrested a peaceful crowd who had gathered to protest Malaysia's infamous ISA law in Petaling Jaya, a tony suburb of the capital Kuala Lumpur. The 23 demonstrators arrested included opposition politicians and members of the local media.

Apparently, they were also arrested because they had the temerity to sing the Malaysian national anthem, "NegaraKu" ('My Country').

The state police chief has questioned the rationale behind Internal Security Act (ISA) protesters singing the national anthem at their illegal gathering near the Amcorp Mall on Sunday.

“Are they expecting policemen to stand at attention each time they sing the anthem? If so, what would happen if every criminal that we confront starts singing the national anthem?” asked Deputy Comm Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar.

He questioned whether the protesters sang NegaraKu to keep the police at bay or that they (the protesters) themselves did not respect the anthem.

Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence and the idea that 'dissent is the highest form of patriotism'? I guess the Malaysian Enforcers of the Regime didn't get that memo. Now, normal citizens singing the Malaysian national anthem in public is considered a criminal act, got it everyone?

Thanks so much, BN!

The NY Times publishes more 'secrets'

The Treasonist Media has done it again. The 'Old Grey Lady', aided and abetted by the Associated Press, has published another stunning expose on The Evil US Military, just in time for Veteran's Day.

The scoop?

The U.S. military has conducted nearly a dozen secret operations against al-Qaida and other terrorist groups in Syria, Pakistan and other countries since 2004, The New York Times reported in Monday editions.

Well golly, if it's on the front page of the New York Times, it ain't a secret anymore, is it?

Well thank God and the American voters that The One is now the president-elect. He'll be sure to stop that evil, unilateral, cowboy nonsense like going after Al Qaeda.

RPK is free

In an usually intelligent move from a Malaysian court, a Malaysian judge freed noted blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin yesterday:

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) -- A Malaysian court ordered the editor of an anti-government news Web site released from detention Friday, ruling that his arrest under a law allowing indefinite incarceration was unlawful, a lawyer said.

Shah Alam High Court Justice Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad ruled that the home minister acted outside his powers in having Raja Petra Kamaruddin arrested September 12 for allegedly causing racial tensions, said Raja Petra's lawyer, Malik Imtiaz Sarwar.

"It's a historic ruling and definitely a wonderful step in terms of civil liberties in Malaysia," Malik Imtiaz said.

He quoted the judge as saying the grounds given for Raja Petra's detention were insufficient and his arrest under the Internal Security Act was unlawful.

The ISA allows the government to detain anyone for an initial two-year period without charges and to extend the detention indefinitely.

Of course, RPK still faces legal peril from a number of other avenues, from his ongoing trial for sedition to civil court challenges and lawsuits. But for the moment, he's free and that's a very good thing indeed.

Defeat soaks in

Having had a day or so to contemplate the rebuke of the conservatives at the hands of the voters in the 2008 US Election, what strikes me most is the maturity of their response to their defeat.

While yes, you are going to find some hotheads right now on the right side of the political spectrum, I don't see a lot of Republicans threatening to move overseas, taking psychotropic medication, or heading off to see their shrinks. And furthermore, I am not seeing GOP operatives attacking the American people nonstop for being so stupid as to vote for the other guy. One could argue that the conservatives are entitled to such less-than-seemly actions--after all, these are all things that the left did in response to their loss in the 2004 US election.

I think this graciousness and maturity comes from the very top, from the man the Republican party put up for the election this year, and the man who was trounced so badly at the polls. Here's what I feel to be McCain's finest speech of his campaign. Too bad his best speech of the year ended up being his concession speech:

Never does McCain succumb to anxiety, pessimism or despair with his words. Instead, at what must be a tremendous low point, personally and professionally, for him and everyone around him, McCain speaks and exemplifies honor, respect, restraint, decorum, and sincere gratitude for having had the chance to serve. He doesn't throw a tantrum or hurtle accusations, and never does he utter an unkind word in regards to his political opponent. Bravo, Senator McCain. I salute you.

All Americans should take deep pride that we have such leaders, that such sweeping changes in political power can occur democratically and peacefully. This is part what makes America great.

All hail the Redeemer-in-Chief

The American people have spoken--the Great Messiah will become the 44th President of the United States. Congratulations to the victorious candidate and President-elect.

Having gotten the 'being gracious' out of the way, I feel like the bottom has dropped out, and I don't feel much like blogging or writing at the moment.

The keenest sorrow is to recognize ourselves as the sole cause of all our adversities. -Sophocles

A perfect tome for your Christmas shopping list

Just in time for the Christmas shopping season, here's the perfect tome from Robert Spencer, translated for your BM and Indonesian-speaking friends.

"Islam Ditelanjangi", or "Islam Unveiled" is the title, with smaller text under that reading, "Subversive questions regarding the doctrines and traditions of Muslims".

Now, here's a book that is real speaking 'truth to power'--a book guaranteed to drive Muslims batty. And when that happens, you know, my fellow kuffar, that you're on to something good, not to mention truthful.

The scumbag authorities of Peaceful, Moderate Muslim, Modern, Malaysia (Truly Asia)™ are not going to be too amused with your attempt to 'subvert' that 'perfect' religion of theirs if you read or even dare buy this book--this book is banned in Malaysia, along with every other book authored by Mr. Spencer.

Malaysians have a right, if not a duty, to find out what their government does not want them to know. Well, this book is a great place to start. Screw the Malaysian fascists and buy this book today.

Sharia Creep; Jail Must Respect Hijab, Pay Damages in California

Sets a very bad precedent. halal food, muslim drag, separation from infidels because they offend? America is sucking it in and dying.

Jail Agrees to Allow Headscarves for Muslim Inmates

ORANGE, Calif. — A Southern California county will allow jailed Muslim women to wear headscarves after settling a lawsuit with a woman who claims that deputies violated her religious freedom by making her remove her hijab.

The settlement agreement signed by the county last week and released Monday specifies that Muslim women must be provided a private area to remove their headscarves after arrest and must be provided with county-issued headscarves to cover themselves when they are in the presence of men.

The county, which did not admit wrongdoing, will also pay $45,000 in damages. Plaintiff Jameelah Medina will get $10,000 after subtracting attorney fees, said Hector Villagra, director of the Orange County office of the American Civil Liberties Union.

A spokeswoman for the Sheriff's Department did not immediately return a call Monday from The Associated Press.

Medina, 30, was arrested in December 2005 in Pomona for having an invalid train pass. She spent 12 hours in jail but was never prosecuted.

Medina, a business trainer who lives in Rialto, said that during processing she was forced to remove her headscarf in the presence of a male deputy even though she explained that to do so violated her religious beliefs.

"I felt exposed and vulnerable," she said. "I don't think I could have felt more naked even if I had no clothes on."

Medina and her attorneys said the settlement was important because it addressed the county's concerns about safety while respecting Muslims' religious beliefs.

"We had a concern about religious rights and they had a concern about safety. We met halfway to ensure that nothing like this will ever happen again," Villagra said.

Horrific Islamic justice

Apologists for Islam are eager for the world to believe that Islam is all about 'justice'. As Malaysia's top blogger RPK has written from his prison cell:

Islam and justice go hand in glove. You cannot separate Islam from justice or vice versa.

So how would RPK and his co-religionists explain this horrific scene from Somalia?

MOGADISHU, Somalia - A 13-year-old girl who said she had been raped was stoned to death in Somalia after being accused of adultery by Islamic militants, a human rights group said.

Dozens of men stoned Aisha Ibrahim Duhulow to death Oct. 27 in a stadium packed with 1,000 spectators in the southern port city of Kismayo, Amnesty International and Somali media reported, citing witnesses. The Islamic militia in charge of Kismayo had accused her of adultery after she reported that three men had raped her, the rights group said.

That's right...in the name of Islamic 'justice', an innocent girl whose only 'crime' was to be (allegedly) raped by a pack of savages, was herself murdered, in a public execution no less. Death by stoning is a horrible, bloody and painful way to die.

But of course, it's not like the first time this has happened. Since Sharia (Islamic law) calls for stoning of any woman who is raped, these sorts of atrocities are a regular occurrence in the nations of Dar-al-Islam. Millions of Muslims can be rallied to protest cartoons, but this? On these barbarisms, the Mohammedans are of course, silent. Who can argue with Sharia law?

Islam and injustice go hand in glove. You cannot separate Islam from injustice or vice versa.

Good luck America... Good luck world

I do not think that I need to comment on this. Head over to this Youtube channel (see inset photo) and learn more about the man who in all likelihood will be the 44th President of the United States.

What if the Messiah doesn't win on Tuesday?

It's no surprise that the notorious leftist Jane Fonda is 150% in the tank for the Most Merciful Obama.

But what if the junior senator from Illinois doesn't get anointed as promised on Tuesday? Hanoi Jane had this to say (via Erica Jong):

Yesterday, Jane Fonda sent me an email to tell me that she cried all night and can’t cure her ailing back for all the stress that has reduces her to a bundle of nerves.

“My back is also suffering from spasms, so much so that I had to see an acupuncturist and get prescriptions for Valium.”

“After having stolen the last two elections, the Republican Mafia…”

“If Obama loses it will spark the second American Civil War. Blood will run in the streets, believe me. And it’s not a coincidence that President Bush recalled soldiers from Iraq for Dick Cheney to lead against American citizens in the streets.”

“Bush has transformed America into a police state, from torture to the imprisonment of reporters, to the Patriot Act.”

Funny, no one is suggesting that the streets will be 'soaked in blood' if Obama wins. Perhaps because the leftwing nuts know that the purported 'McCainiacs', Neocons, et al. are a bit more well-mannered? Not to mention, on the whole, more sane and well adjusted than Ms. Fonda.

Oh my hysterical Jane, let's get a few things straight. Torture is what Muslim dictators and Communist governments do to dissidents, day in and day out. Reporters are routinely imprisoned or shot in Vietnam, China, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bangladesh, and Iran –not in America. But since when did facts get in the way of a good leftist tantrum?

If Obama does lose (and I sincerely hope he does), will His Followers respect the will of the electorate? Or is Hanoi Jane saying that they should declare open war on red states and/or red voters? Can anyone, especially this high profile, be this crazy and deluded enough to really believe this sort of conspiracy theory horse manure?

This is the sort of election year that might make me misty-eyed and sentimental for hanging chads.
