Senators McCain and Lieberman dropped by Malaysia this week to sing the praises of Malaysia.
KUALA LUMPUR: Veteran American senators John McCain and Joseph Lieberman, who are the first members of the Senate to come to Malaysia in a long time, said they were impressed with the country.Boy, isn't Malaysia just swell? These guys are practically swooning over Malaysia and its noble and pure Religion of Peace.McCain said Malaysia, being a Muslim nation that embraced free enterprise, democracy and showing amazing progress economically, could be a model to the rest of the world.
"We are very impressed by the entrepreneurship, free enterprise system and the economic development that we have observed," he told a joint press conference with Lieberman here yesterday.
